“Bought a policy from a tutu rep a few years ago now had it thrown out for inaccuracies I asked if documents sent would be accurate they were not was in fact given a hard sell”

“I was sold a policy for income protection told the broker all the information when I need to claim refused payment due to existing injury which he knew about just managed to get all my premiums back wasn't good as had 3 months from work don't touch this company very very poor”

“Got a chap called Nick come through to me. He was super professional. Very helpful and explanative of what he was suggesting and why and helped me put multiple policies together to cover me and my new family. Furthermore, he responded promptly via whatsapp to administrative hurdles as well as to a couple of follow up enquiries AFTER the sale. A great sign of a professionalism.”

“With all the complexities regarding configuring pensions and the scams that are rife, we spent a long time vetting multiple companies to help us merge our multiple pensions to allow us to take our tax-free lump sum then draw down as we need. Tuto was one of the most helpful and honest companies we spoke to, with our advisor, Tom, being particularly attentive. At no time were we pressured into using them even though they put a lot of time and effort into identifying the best options for us and providing a comprehensive report. We were only too happy to engage them and we haven't looked back! Well done Tuto!”

“My Brother passed away a few months ago and he had dealings with this company, on trying to see how far this had progressed I had a curt response from an assistant on the back of the "Managing Director" forwarding my issue, clearly you are ok if Toto getting them a commission, otherwise once completed you are then a number.
