“Spray wax ruined my vehicles appearance. Cannot buff or wash it off. Company asked really stupid question and I knew I was going to issues with them. Responded to their email and never heard back from them. Other products are good, but company is horrible.”

“Having previously posted a review with 1 star for a non delivery of an order etc. I finally managed to speak with Ashley at their UK office. I have to say she was amazing and completely rectified the situation in a very professional way. So now I have no hesitation in a 5 star review, purley down to her efforts. Products are also good!”

“Ordered products on-line, but 3 weeks later and after numerous e-mails and telephone call, no products have been recieved. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers. How can they get away with this??”

“Good Wax. Bad/No Customer Service. Ordered and paid for 2 jars of Ceramic wax, only received 1. Emailed customer support - no reply, used website contact page - no reply, can't find any contact number!”

“Great product terrible customer service. Ordered 3 only 2 arrived - emailed several times and completed online form ( which came back undeliverable ) - heard nothing from them snd no telephone number to be found anywhere. Would not recommend”

“They've essentially taken my money and not sent me my products. I've emailed their service email sent on my confirmations email, 3 times, with no reply. I also put in an online enquiry form, no reply. there is no way to get a hold of anyone or sort, anything. it seems they have my money so have no intent on contacting me or doing anything to try and sort the issue out and send me my product. Disgusted with the service as this was directly through turtlewax.com. A month later I still have no reply from them and no product.”

“Bought a black polish online which turned out to be sludge, despite emails advising of replacements being sent they never arrived, I chased up for a refund this never arrived either I bought online, dealt with Mia, and too many emails later no product or refund … do not expect any decent customer service, very dissapointed”

“I am just a beginner when it comes to car detailing and I have spent a considerable amount of money on many different products from various companies. I can say without reservation however that TW products, across the range, have very quickly become some of my favourites and definitely my go to bottles. They seem to be very focused on making the task easier for people like me. Their competitive pricing strategy also contributes to their appeal.”

“My Rav 4 is in its 16th year and has always been serviced by a Toyota Garage. After its last service it was observed the head lamps were discoloured I turned to Turtle Wax.Job done Brilliant!!!!!.”
