“Excellant service, great value, really helpful staff who responded to all enquires. During the sale I was working overseas and this did not hamper the sale in any way. For pure value for money, and a really helpful team you would be hard pushed to find better than Laura and the team at Turtle homes, thanks guys”

“Took ages to reply to messages (very rarely was he phone answers!) Miss informed the seller on several occasions. I had to email the seller to arrange several issues as they took so long to get messages across. I wouldn't sell my house with this company”

Thank you for your review, it is always good to hear about any negative feedback to try and improve our service even more. Unfortunately on this occasion the vendor of the property was working in Saudi Arabia at the start of the sale process, this made contacting him very difficult. We can only apologise for this as it was unfortunately out of our hands. The feedback we normally receive is that contacting us is easy and response times are normally very quick. On a more positive note the vendor who sold this property through us, found our service very good and kindly also filled out a review. We hope you would change your mind about using us in the future if you did decide to sell.”

“I can honestly say that Turtle Homes have provided my wife and I with a first class service from the moment we engaged them. Both Laura and Gareth were very very friendly, courteous and professional and liaised with us on a frequent basis regarding the sales literature, placing of the house sale advert, and follow up appointment arrangements. They were willing to help and advise when it was needed and their sales literature was very attractive. Despite the first potential sale of our house falling through (it happens) they remained with us and helped us the second time round to a successful sale. Considering the small fee they charge compared to Main Street estate agents, their service and fee is brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate using them again in future. We used the mid range service too.”

“I chose to use Turtle Homes after receiving two personal recommendations from successful sellers and now, as a successful seller myself, I can also recommend them. Though I was selling in Newcastle upon Tyne and Turtle Homes are based in Gloucester, there were no problems thanks to prompt and detailed email responses to any queries and the use of locally based professionals to take photographs, prepare property plans, supply the EPC certificate and erect the 'For Sale Board'. The whole process of getting the property listed on Right Move was quick, easy and mostly arranged by or done by Laura at Turtle Homes (though I chose to write the property details myself). Only 4 weeks after my initial contact with Turtle Homes, the property was sold subject to contract. Laura maintained contact and kept the process moving right up to completion.”

“We found the staff at Turtle Homes really helpful, professional and very efficient. The fees were much cheaper than the usual high street estate agents but this had no impact on the quality of service we received. “The service I received from Turtle homes was exceptional. They arranged over 20 viewings and my house was sold within two weeks. They helped negotiate the best price for my property. Post sale Laura kept both myself and my buyer fully up to speed. Laura is very efficient. I have recommended them to others and I have made a significant cost saving by using them as opposed to a high street estate agent. Thank you Alison & Will”

“I was recommended Turtle homes by a friend, the day my house went online I received a call saying I had 2 viewings that same day, within a few hrs of 2nd viewing I received a call with an offer. During the time between offer accepted & exchange of contracts my agent always kept me informed of progress & dealt promptly with any queries I had. I was very pleased with this service & the fact that I saved over £1100 from the quotes High Street Agents had given me & would happily recommend to anyone.”

“I want to thank turtle homes for the service they provided me by keeping me updated, Gareth was one of the colleagues of turtle homes who provided excellent customer service. I wanted to view a property of turtle homes but unfortunately the vendors wasn't able to attend any viewings. But I was kept up to date most days to see if I was going to view. In the end I did buy elsewhere so this property wasn't for me. I viewed a lot of properties over the month period and not one estate agent provided customer service like turtle homes. Kind regards Mr davidson”

“I went for the mid package. worth every penny. I was on rightmove and zoopla, which is were everybody looks first. I averaged 1 viewing a week for 7/8 weeks and then accepted an offer. the team were there all the way through, always answered the phone and emails even if sometimes I thought they were getting fed up of me giving them hassle. I will be using turtle again when I sell another house.”
