“We ordered replacement vertical slats and chose Tudor blinds as the price was more favourable than other companies supplying the same type of slat. We initially ordered samples and these came very quickly. The replacement slats took a little longer than anticipated and it was not always easy to contact the company by phone; however when I did get through the call handler was helpful and polite. We are really pleased with the slats that come complete with chain, weights and hangers (unlike an other company I have used in the past) - the size,colour and quality were as expected and they were well packed.”

“Avoid. Ordered number of blinds. Some arrived. Asked about remainder, said would arrive later. Chased & chased over several months. Finally admit that they were having problems with production but would refund if couldn’t fulfil. Then just ghosted, didn’t reply to anything. No response, no blinds, no refund.”

“This is my first order with Tudor blinds , I dealt with Paul , as he sourced a vent that other blind companies were telling me was totally discontinued , and couldn't be sourced , Paul had a little amount & managed to source more to complete my order , excellent quality & fantastic price point , well packaged & delivered within days of placing my order to the UK mainland , would highly recommend this company , without hesitation . “Still waiting for my replacement blinds ordered on July 3rd .no replies to my e mails .no correspondence.dont know if I'm getting them or not . meanwhile my windows are bare .but they have taken the payment !!!”

“First time I’ve used Tudor Blinds and will definitely be using them again. The first blind came with a few scratches but they replaced it immediately with no fuss. I bought 2 more blinds from them and they have all been spot on. I would definitely recommend Tudor Blinds and will certainly use them again. Lifelong fan! Thanks very much.”

“Ordered 2 lots of blinds , the first came with one weight snapped ( possibly my own fault ) they replaced this and sent with my 2nd order! Overall the blinds are great , excellent customer service , I’ll be recommending this company to friends and family !”
