“Not delivered within timescales on Web site, had to call twice to chase order, once company got round to cutting it was a quick delivery. Don,t promise what you can't deliver it timescales. Product what was expected”

“Free samples made our choice easier. Vertical blinds were exactly the correct measurements and we were able to order a couple of spares in case of an accident. Complete with weights, headers and bottom of vane chains - what more could we ask? A perfect fit!!! More orders are now about to be placed without any hesitation. WELL DONE.”

“Actually when we did the inside window measurements we measured at the botton. Unfortunately the top width measurement was a centimetre wider. Although a friend put it up (we are octegenarians!) it was very difficult and the blind is stuck about eight inches from the sill. Hopefully he will come back and dig out some plaster to try and get it to fit..... Not your fault and the blind itself is fine.”

“I have ordered from you on several occasions in the past and been very pleased. However I was disappointed with my last order. The quality of the blinds were not as good as previous ones. They arrived without the pull cords that I ordered and I had to chase these up at least 3 times. The side plastic chain pulls had two joins in them which does not look very nice. When I telephoned your office the staff seemed very rushed and uninterested to be honest. I hope this review helps you and I will consider using you again. With kind regards. Lyn Forrest”

HI Lyn Thank you for your comments, which will be taken on board, apologies the pull was not sent originally. The double connector on the chain is a safety feature which is designed to snap under tension. We hope you will consider us in the future Kind Regards Tudor Blinds

“This is my second order from Tudor Blinds. I am replacing several vertical blind headrails and having looked online, fond Tudor Blinds to have the best quality at the best price. My first rail fits perfectly and looks better than the original, and I'm confident the second one will too when it arrives. I wouldn't order from anywhere else.”

“I am really pleased with my Tudor blind replacement slats .if I had known I could have got them so cheap I would have replaced them a long time ago.they are only a fraction of the cost of other company's and fantastic value for money.will definitely buy from Tudor Blinds again”
