“Outstanding service. We were moving my elderly and infirm mother from her house to a retirement flat and needed someone who would be very flexible and very professional. I'd not used Trux before but they came recommended and I had a good experience from the first discussion. The calm and patient service on the day was superb and made all the difference.”

“Trux provided me with all the packaging after a site survey. On the day of the move they were exactly ontime. The team were friendly, efficient, helpful and we even had a laugh together. In all a very good experience, on a day which traditionally is full of stress. Well done, and I would recommend them and use them again”

“Trux storage and removal workers. Are amazing. We could not recommend the service more highly.. They are hard working and full of practical advise, making sure that you remember not to pack absolutely everything, leaving yourself just the basics for the transition. They are polite and kind. They packed all our belongings and the garden. They delivered everything efficiently, making sure that all the boxes were put in the correct rooms. Thank you to all your workers for making a very stressful situation so much more easier. If we move again we will only be unsubtle Trux Storage and Removals...Shelley and Peter.”

“We had truxs pack and move us last week we used them 21 years ago and were satisfied then so decided to use them again. The packing service was outstanding and on moving day the team were amazing no negatives at all . The whole experience was faultless and would highly reccomend them.”

“Highly recommend Trux for removals,everything when’s as smooth as possible. Arrived on time and we’ll planned The team were fantastic, nothing was a problem for them. Also the 4 men were polite & courteous and did everything we asked for. No damages or losses. Highly recommend it”

It all went like a well oiled machine - each man knowing his role in the work of the clearance and cracking on. Excellent! I have not moved house in 50 years so there was a lot of removing to be done.”

“One of the most stressful things in life is moving house…. You have to think about packing all your belongings as well as liaising with the agents, solicitors, surveyors and not to forget a removal company. With so many plates to juggle, you want to ensure you work with organizations that are reliable and honest. We spent a lot of time looking for the right removal company and received a number of quotes but from the first time that we dealt with Ed from Trux, we decided this was the company to go with. When Ed came over, he went through the process and advised us on some concerns we had - he was very approachable and very helpful Following the visit, we received the quote which I followed up with Ed and again he was really helpful. Even when we needed more boxes, Ed and his team provided us with this without any questions Trux was also the only company that didn’t try to charge us more for dismantling our ottoman beds. On the day of moving, Ed and his team turned up early in the morning and just got on with the job - they helped us move all our belongings from our old house to the new house and nothing was too much for them and they delivered on everything they committed to if not more! Throughout our whole moving journey if there was one company that I would recommend then it would have to be Trux - they are honest, reliable, do what they commit to and above all provide a service with a smile”

“We have used this company twice in the last 5 years; once for ourselves and once for our parents. Both moves were over a long distance and one involved huge amounts of small items collected over a lifetime. In both cases the service was friendly and professional from start to finish; from the packing up to the loading and unloading of goods and nothing damaged in either move. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and they work just as efficiently in sunshine as well as pouring rain. We were recommended them and are very glad. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Outstanding company.”
