With all my respect this is the most ridiculous mortgage company. I have had so many people on my case and they kept changing but never able to speak over the phone when needed. I am absolutely unsatisfied with the job Trussle is doing. I will no longer use or recommend Trussle. Trussle mortgage advisors mastered the inability to speak to their clients even if requested multiple times. No one from the team seemed to be interested or helpful.

I am from Lancashire, UK. The Trussle is a Completely Non-Reliable company at all. It seems non genuine company too. All advisors are inexperienced, low level service, liars and jokers. Their given mortgage quotes were based on lie and false information. They recommended me 2 lenders, TMW and Kensington. An other broker/company was shocked to see their negligent recommendations and said: Neither of these lenders would accept my application. TMW require an EPC of C or above, and this property is D. and Kensington require you to either have 4 currently let properties, or annual salary of £40k to accept a limited company application. while my salary is £20k. ............................ I can't trust the Trussle, they are dangerously negligent and non-reliable company. Stay away from them, they will put you in trouble, after all you are on risk of thousands of pounds, not them. There are many other reliable and Free brokers on Google, try them. I made formal complaint, but they didn't reply and ignored me, As a revenge to my complaint, they blocked me to provide any service anymore or to fix their wrong advice. Also I believe they dismissed some of their staff for poor service before my complaint. Anyway, refrain from them, they are not professional and expert. Thank you

My experience has not been good My experience has not been good. I’m a busy person so not always easy to get hold of at the right time. When I asked and waited for trussle agent to get back to me they didn’t call. When they did call I was always at work or unable to take the call for some other reason. I filled in the mortgage in principle and realised I put wrong figures in so pressed the button that said to redo mortgage in principle. It says you should get a response within 48 hours but now it is the 5th day and still no recalculations. I was just messaging them with the little message helper on the website but soon as I said I’d been waiting longer then 48hours the ended the chat??? Clearly not a good company when their agent has not got the patients if they have had trouble getting hold of you. I obviously tried calling them back when I had missed call from them. It does say they pay you £100 or whatever it is if they don’t do your calculations within 48 hours. I don’t care about that I just wanted to try sort out a mortgage.

Poor communication Doesn’t respond to emails. Doesn’t respond to calls. Quite happy to leave you waiting without any correspondence. Won’t be using you again!

We arranged our first buy to let mortgage through Trussle and was really happy with how it turned out. Quite a lot we didn't know and I think there could be some step by step guides or something but the team helped us through it

I cannot believe it was so easy. Filled out the form, spoke to my adviser on the phone, not a robot, uploaded docs onto the dashboard and they did the rest - and it's free. Saved quite a bit on my monthly payments - well happy.

Mine is a really simple situation - I have 8 years left on a mortgage with 30% LTV. My credit rating is 999. All I want to do is remortgage and fix for 5 years. I spent 15 minutes answering questions on the Trussle website then someone called Mansi popped up so I could "beat the queue". I then had one of those awful chatbot type conversations where Mansi would say "Hi" then disappear, presumably dealing with something else. Really frustrating when someone can't give you a bit of undivided attention (assuming Mansi was a real person - it was hard to tell)! I eventually gave up, went on Money Supermarket and will be applying to HSBC. When it works live chat can be brilliant but on this occasion it just left me feeling rather devalued

It could be so so good if only the broker would not present you with one and only option, the option that he/she thinks "is best for you". As someone who works in the financial industry I am well literate when it comes to financial matters and can decide what is best for me. Rather than being presented with one option which feels like the the broker just needs to hit target this month for this particular lender, present your customers with alternatives that although might be more expensive overall, but are a better fit overall.

I have just used Trussle for my remortgage and couldn’t have been happier with the service and results achieved. I am always looking for the best deal and was so happy with the mortgage offer. The entire process was so easy and they were always on hand to respond to any questions I had along the way.

If you are contractor - never ever try to use Trussle! I have wasted 1 and a half of month with providing any kind of documents, and finally they informed me that Barclays can't give mortgage for contractors even with £80000 annual turnover!

Great way to compare mortgages, especially when you work and can't make a hour 1/2 long appointment with brokers. Every things online, you have a profile/application that you can access 24/7 and see progress. Friendly advisers, no hassle as of yet.
