“Great service and aftercare. Ordered parts needed, arrived next day, but were the wrong ones, a simple call and email identified problem, new parts shipped and arrived as quick, packaging to return wrong parts. Fantastic, no questioning or delays and put customer first. Thank you. From a customer who knows things can go wrong, it’s how you resolve them that makes the difference.”

“Excellent experience, found through B&Q, spent ages in stores trying to find correct size locks, online was so simple, delivered next day, was perfect. We are renovating an entire property so will be making many more purchases. Can't recommend enough 10/10”

“Would just like to say that I am really impressed with the high service we have had from ordering to messages saying when to expect my order!.I phoned to give my order and the gentleman I spoke to gave me the order numbers I needed,the only downside to the whole experience was that I had to order on line as what I wanted didn't meet minimum requirement to order over the phone,having said that,it was very straight forward,would definitely recommend and will use again if we need anything for our conservatory”

“Spot on. Ordered wrong item due to being distracted while using the Web site but didn't realise until the item arrived; very quickly and well packaged, nevertheless. I contacted Truly PVC and spoke to the lovely Rebecca there, who advised me how to make a return and this I did. The correct item was quickly sent out to me at no extra charge. The item was perfect for the job and of sound quality. Excellent service. Thank you. Will definitely use again.”
