“Excellent service with item received promptly. Within the fitting instructions mention is made of using a cordless drill which appears to be an afterthought. It should be in the main instructions along with the appropriate drill size. Very pleased with the product.”

“I called after the 1pm deadline, but my order was still despatched same day. It was very comforting that someone was willing to go the extra mile to help a person in need after a break-in. Friendly advice, correct parts delivered next day and great service. Would highly recommend.”

“I needed 2 different size upvc door locks, one ordered directly from these guys, good price and super speedy delivery. The second one was allegedly 'not available' on the website, however I ordered it from this company via B&Q marketplace and it arrived super speedy with the lock I'd ordered direct. Only a tiny negative, please keep your website up to date.”

“I've used them a few times over the years. Always have a good selection of parts in stock at decent prices. Delivery has always been quick. My last order was a replacement for a window handle that had broken. Truly were noticeable cheaper than others, I ordered Saturday evening and it arrived Monday.”
