Although one item was out of stock I was kept informed and quickly refunded for the unavailable item. Delivery arrived quickly, I can only wish that all companies I deal with operated as efficiently. “New locking window handles. I measured the spindle length & the distance between screw holes in the old broken handles & ordered accordingly. No cutting the spindle to size or new drill holes required, so really easy & quick to install. Arrived by courier next day. Very impressed.”
