“Although I have no real issues with the service , I am a bit disappointed that on 2 separate occasions now part of my order has been unavailable & when I have said I’ll take something else iv had to pay the difference albeit it’s only been a couple of pounds on both occasions this cost should have been met by yourselves as at the end of the day the error was made by you, as your website is obviously not updated frequently enough”

Hi Lynne, thank you for your feedback. we are extremely short staffed at the moment due to staff self isolating and the shop being busier then ever.
The website does say stock levels may vary. We could have just refunded you the out of stock items but we offered you a replacement fish that was £4 more.
“Good quick service, I ordered on line and collected in person. Bit of a drive for me but it was good to see the place. Would have loved to look around and will definitely be back when restrictions are removed.
So far the fish are looking well and very busy investigating their new environment.”
“When I received my fish I thought that they were all dead, but after leaving the bags in the tank for 45 mins the fish started moving. The fish seem to be ok today, there is only one that has died. I only received 8 lemon tetra instead of the 10 that I ordered.”
