“My daughter bought a duo in December. It was too big for her so she did not wear it and ordered a new one. I purchased the one she bought from her it lasted a month. One side pulled out of the clip. Since ?I did not purchase that one I could not return. I had to order a new one. You need to find a better way to make them more durable. I have purchased my products from you.”

“Purchased the Zen Loop Duo and the Zen Karma. The Duo was a bit small, but the lovely lady in the Trion:Z office brought out a larger size when I was outside their office. Excellent customer service! The quality, as always is superlative.”

“Have used Trion Z for four years now and would not hesitate to recommend most of our family get them as birthday or Christmas presents and are disappointed if like this year I forgot. “The Zen bracelet looks great and appears good quality. My only concern is that all the beads are on what seems to be an elastic nylon string. Now I have small wrists and ordered the small/med, and when putting on and taking off the bracelet I worry that the elastic will snap and I won't be able to repair it and will own a handful of beads. There was no mention of this in the product description. It may have been useful to know what this was made of and it's strength capabilities (tensile maybe?). Anyway only time will tell how this fares. Other than that it looks good and feels comfortable on. Maybe I would give a higher rating in the future if the elastic stands up to my testing.”
