“I've been working with Tribe Post for a couple of months now (6 roles so far in total). When I first met our account manager, Liam Walker, I specifically asked for him to be our account manager for every single one of our roles as I was immediately impressed by how thorough and efficient he is. Liam has went above and beyond, he's guided me on wording for my job adverts and explained the finder details to me and the team about algorithms, location of adverts etc - all to help us get maximum exposure for our job adverts. He is extremely knowledgeable about the job market, and not only that but he encourages you to contact him at any time you need to. He goes above and beyond to make sure you feel supported by him, way more than any recruiter I've ever worked with before (i.e. weekly meetings on Teams and frequent updates). His extremely approachable and friendly personality is a credit to Tribe Post. I agree 100% with the other reviews that nothing is too much trouble for Liam, he is proactive and I feel like he's part of my team with his eagerness to help me fill all the roles I'm recruiting for. I was also very impressed with the "out of the box thinking" of Tribe Post to help recruitment and employer branding - i.e. digital videos on job adverts. I wiah I come across Tribe Post sooner as I think it is an absolute no brainer to use them over the more traditional recruiters who are focused on salary costs, fee % etc as it benefits them. Tribe Post is the complete opposite. They are a fantastic and cost effective platform for businesses to use, as their primary focus is filling the role at one flat fee cost. Compared to the typical recruiters, using Tribe Post can save thousand of pounds and the level of service isn't even compariable!
