I ordered a Kaffir Lime Tree as I could not get one in Ireland. I was delivered on the date I chose. It was boxes securely and the tree was delivered in perfect condition. A lovely mature tree with perfect leaves. The fresh leaves will help me with the flavour of my Thai cooking as I previously had to use dried leaves from the supermarket. I have already tried the fresh leaves in my cooking and the flavour is dramatically improved. I would recommend Treetomydoor to anyone.

Very poor service. Did not deliver on requested day meaning a birthday present was late. Poor communication and despite 2 phonecalls to chase (including a promised callback that never happened) still no progress. Will not be ordering from this company again.

First time I have used Tree2mydoor but did receive a present via them last year and was impressed with the service, quality of the product and packaging. Sent to family member for their special birthday and all instructions were followed and kept up to date with delivery.

This is a scam. My tree never arrived and there is no contact number on the website.

The plant I ordered came very well packaged and looked extremely healthy. It came on the stated day. My only problem is the way it was delivered - upside down, even though the instructions on the box and the large arrow were plainly visible.

Can anyone spot the difference to their advertised Diamond Wedding Anniversary rose? I ordered this for my sister in law’s 60th wedding anniversary and look at the difference. No volume, no multiple petals in the rose and no aroma. This company wouldn’t accept my complaint, offered no redress and No understanding of the total disappointment this substandard item has caused. I could never recommend them especially for such an important occasion Beware.

This is the second time I’ve purchased as the previous recipient was very pleased. Unfortunately on this occasion another family member also have a golden rose bush from another supplier. I therefore saw both together and the other looked healthier and a better shape. It was still nice but when compared not to the same standard

I have ordered a number of trees from you before and have always been thrilled. However this last lemon tree was a huge disappointment. There was plenty of foliage but no lemons. I was really upset as it was a 60th birthday present for my brother. I especially ordered from you as so pleased previously… zero wow factor this time

I ordered a rose to be delivered to my brother who was recovering from a serious illness. The plant arrived promptly, well packaged and extremely healthy. It came as a most welcome surprise, raising his spirits at a difficult time. The rose has grown strongly and flowered abundantly.

1 star only because I have to give one. 12 July ordered a rose 3-5 days [NOT working days according to my email] delivery 15 and 18 July [6 days later!] advised that because of hot weather delivery would be delayed until 21 July 21 July advised order is on its way - great news, recipient patiently waits for it 22 July advised rose was being delivered - recipient had gone mad waiting so was away for the weekend - advised you 22 July you and DPD advised that the rose had been delivered and left in a non-existent shed or outbuilding [i'sa terraced house in London]. You are refunding my delivery fee as obviously you didn't deliver! 27 July recipient returns home - no rose anywhere in sight Current status - still waiting for you to tell me what the hell is going on. Quite frankly I want a refund [the gift has still not materialised] so that I can use someone else and give my friend her now belated and quite frankly spoilt birthday gift. Then you have the audacity to ask me to write a review - priceless you couldn't make it up!

I have given 2 stars because I paid extra for a specific delivery day and the item wasn’t delivered on that day..I contacted customer service and was offered £3.10 this is the difference between standard delivery and specific day delivery. I thought that this was an insult, the tree was as a retirement gift. It wasn’t delivered on time and ruined the retirement send off. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a rose for my friend's 70th birthday, unfortunately, she was unexpectedly away and on returning home my gift had not been delivered. I have since tracked the parcel to be told by DPD that it has been returned to yourselves. That was a week ago and I haven't received any communication since!
