I've used them many times. Never had a problem with my tickets. I've never needed to contact them as all was in order so I don't know if there are other problems with them. Remember if you give out wrong details you get problems. Like most travel/ airlines, you have to pay for your mistakes.

I made my booking on line with full information name etc When receiving the confirmation and e-ticket I could not access direct to virgin. I made many calls and all that was said was to cancel my ticket which meant I would lose one third of the price I then called virgin direct, and they told this company it was there error not mine and they should simply correct the name They did do this but charged me a extra £30 and if I didn’t pay then that moment they would change it back. All I can say the upset they caused me was unbelievable. I paid ,but with the intention of warning other people not to use this company. Bastards

Never, Never book from travel trolley. Travellers be aware. They cheat passengers. We purchased tickets from Justin in travel trolley, paid extra for permitted free change of travel dates, inbound and outbound. When we actually tried to change the dates we realised that our tkts did not have that options. We wrote to travel trolley, they didn't bother to respond, ignored our emails. Spoke to rodriguez and farhad, who was rude and non cooperative on the phone. They were not interested or cared to give the service once they got the money. Worst is, Airline Vistara also confirmed that our ticket had no option of one free change of travel dates. It leaves us with a very bad experience.

I booked three tickets with travel trolly, one name was wrong on tickets I ring and tell them to change my name it’s spelt wrong they cancel the ticket and booked another ticket very expensive and still I am waiting my cancel one ticket refund they promise me to refund it no one answer my mails. Very poor service and purposely they spelt my name wrong never trust these people :((

Took my money, I booked flights two months in advance late on a Friday from London to jfk for 1200, due to unforced circumstances the following Tuesday so three days later I needed to cancel, was told o would get nothing back, I call back again I’m then offered £300, which is disgusting I’m told to speak to BA as they are the only ones who can refund, I sit on phone and BA say no it’s fine for cancellation but needs to come from agent, called travel trolly again, now they say okay we can change flights but only to same country, america ha ha I aak for a coupon or flights in Europe and I’m told no can do! Times are hard, for everyone and I would understand if the flights was 1 2 weeks or even a month, but there was 60 days and they done nothing to help, the people on the phone couldn’t care, I will never ever use this company again nor will my friends or family, absolutely no compassion or understanding

Extremely rude travel agent I called… Extremely rude travel agent I called twice in last four days and both time dealt with very rude and unprofessional sales agent. First time Rahul kumar and second time it was munit I believe. Tone of their vice so dull and unwilling to help. Travel agent said to me because things not going in your way that’s why you are not happy. I am going to report to travel ombudsman services. I don’t think they are fit to operate in uk they think they are in Indian and can treat people the way they would like to. So disappointed by their service. Please don’t bother booking with traveltrolly at all. I asked them to put your manager on call they travel agent said if you are willing to wait 1,30 minutes you can talk to him first he said manager don’t deal with issues like this regardless if you want to talk or not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely worst experience, they are doing finical abuse only. spoked with one of the worker named Amit shukla, i booked my flight with them on condition that they will refund my some amount of money from previous booking, was calling , and taking them more than 2 months. and now they are denying it directly saying you haven't paid us. even i showed confirmation refund email so many times they are not giving my money back. companies like this should be ban. they are just abusing people for financial loss and giving you mental stress, just for getting back own money.

We had a very bad experience with travel trolley. We booked our flights last year and unable to travel on selected dates due to the passport renewal issue of my son. Our bad luck started when a customer service agent Diya from travel trolley changed our flights tickets into the voucher.......As she told us company deduct 250£ per ticket if we cancel the tickets. When we tried to booked tickets after 4 months with the same customer service agent first she refused to share the vouchers codes very rudely with a statement you have no option to booked with travel trolley again . The original price of tickets shown on british airways Website was 2790 for all travellers which we confirmed multiple time. we already paid 2472 . The travel agent diya asked for 894£ paid by my husband and she confirmed tickets are booked for all travellers. We already known we spend more then original price of tickets. After 1 hour we received a call asking for 450 £ more to confirmed the tickets . After a huge fights with most of customer services agents we realised that we are already trapped very badly and no option now to pay the rest of the money demanding by the agent. We learnt a life time lesson thanks to travel trolley and especially their customer service team for it . If u love your self and your money never used third party websites. Spend little more on official websites for buy tickets as its secure. Regards. Maha

Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs. Checked sky scanner for flight took my to these frauds. I paid online, then to be told sorry not available. They wanted £120 pp more. This is a con company. They were quick to take my money, then I’m told I have to wait 70 business working hours for my refund. DO NOT USE !!!

Never book with this company, one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Basically rob money off you. Got a credit for a BA flight, which we couldn't go on because of Covid restrictions, and every replacement flight we try to book is around £600 more than the price they advertise online! So basically we are losing the original £600 we have already paid for flights. Scandalous company

Avoid Travel Trolley at all costs. Like most reviewers we have been disappointed with the customer service provided by Travel Trolley. In December 2021, we booked two tickets to fly from the UK to Tokyo for a one-in-a-life trip to celebrate a significant birthday in October 2022. Sadly, Japan is still not open to international tourists. I contacted Travel Trolley to notify them of this, but they are refusing to give us a full refund because the 'airline haven't cancelled the flight'. What we are finding frustrating is the lack of common sense from Travel Trolley. Even if the flight goes ahead, we, as foreign tourists won't be allowed into the country yet they are still refusing to give us a refund.

Sadly I had a very bad experience with Aarti. Our tickets costing £1800 had to be cancelled two years ago due to covid. We were hoping to see family in the Philippines and it was our ‘life time’ holiday. They carried our credit over to the following year. Bad luck ,but we could not travel the following year for the same reason and we asked for a refund BUT they said they would only pay £1200 back from the original £1800. It seemed unreasonable and we could not afford to lose out on so much money so we decided to carry the credit over to this year. And the catch comes here… I contacted them today and I was informed with ‘lovely’ Aarti that the credit and ticket has expired so we have lost £1800. Now if we were travelling in Sept and the credit was carried over to the following year and same has been done again how can it expire in May? It is a lot of money to lose for a little family and is it fair to take it without any services provided? We asked for Aarti’s full name several times that We can refer to her but she was very reluctant to provide it. Even now I am unsure if it is her name and full name what she has given. I am going to contact their main office and putting a serious complaint in for their unfair and unreasonable costumer service.

It’s Fraud company. Online refund they take out money from your account. No one should give them the card numbers. They are scammers. Police should raid their office and investigate and make the arrest They tap phone calls and make the use of it.

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before buying from Travel Trolley. I have so far purchased 2 journeys from them and got the best price both times. Had a little problem with my booking reference the first time which they sorted.

What a truly awful company *Summary* Covid-related issues aside, TT are an unprofessional, disrespectful and plainly dishonest company. They took almost 5 months, 30+ phonecalls and legal threats to refund our flights. *Tactics* They employed a variety of tactics to avoid refunding us (and I'm really not being cynical). Some examples: * Refused to send through any written confirmation of the refund * Conflicting information (every representative seemed to say different things) * Noise interference on the line / Pretending to not hear me * Extreme rudeness * Just plain lies [we know, because my parents had an identical booking and were fed different answers!] * Failed promises to call back [we were called back just once, I believe] * Repeatedly promising it would be resolved in two weeks They charged us a £75pp admin fee on the refund, as their T&Cs suggested they 'may charge an admin fee'. They later caved to public pressure and reversed these fees. I suspect it was legal pressure that forced their hand, as £150 was probably not a reasonable amount to charge for processing a refund. *Ticket didn't even work! Would have ruined our holiday* They also failed to book correctly in the first instance - issuing a ticket for which the booking reference didn't even work! It was lucky that I ended up speaking with BA, as they said the ticket did not even exist! As a result, TT had to re-issue the ticket. If we hadn't have checked in advance, we would have been refused entry at the airport! *Conclusion* TT can be slightly cheaper than booking direct (or using a reputable agent), but they are simply not worth it. Trust me. This wasn't a one-off bad experience with one representative. Every interaction we had with them was anxiety-inducing. After weeks of calls, I had to visit my GP who diagnosed me with clinical anxiety, and my wife had to continue conversations with TT. This was their tactic from the start - confuse, frustrate and stress out the customer so much that they give up or give in and accept a credit voucher instead. This is the first negative review I have written here (it really takes a lot to offend me). Note, I will not be leaving my booking reference (as I never want to hear from TT again), but my review is 100% genuine. Travel Trolley absolutely deserve this rating - the company is simply rotten to its core.

When trying to spend my voucher they issued back in 2019, they stuck me with a bill for an extra £1.075.00 on top of my £1,650.00 voucher as they insisted it was a rebooking and not a cancellation. I was left with no choice but to pay the money or in effect lose my £1,650.00 voucher. Now, I'm having to cancel my trip due to Covid 19. I have insurance, but Travel Trolley refuse to give me an invoice for the full £2,725.00 and want me to use the the voucher dated 2019 and my invoice from them on the 5th March 2022 that just contains the £1,075.00. I spent the voucher and added the extra to it on the 5th March, why can't they just issue an invoice for the full amount I spent. AVOID THIS COMPANY. AFTER SALES SERVICE IS APPALING.
