“Left it quite late to arrange my trip to Cuba, but TravelLocal has been very helpful in sorting-out an itinerary, making suggestions for where to go, how to get there, and what to see. Leaving the arrangements to them has taken a lot of the pressure off, allowing me just to look forward to my holiday.”

“Nutan created my itinerary for my trip to India - Rajasthan. She has been very patient, accommodating and super knowledgeable! I have made about dozen changes and asked hundred of questions, since I first submitted my request (when I actually didn't know what to expect!) and she has promptly responded to my questions without any complaints and has sent me revised itineraries, which is now entirely customised for me!. Nutan and her team are super efficient and highly professional. Thank you very much for all your help. I very much look forward to my trip, which is just under 7 weeks!”

“We had an amazing time in beautiful Nicaragua. We love being out in the countryside, and we were certainly off grid for several days. Our accomadation was excellent, drivers and guides superb, especially Hector. We saw very few other tourists, which we loved! Hosts and locals alike made us very welcome, and many thanked us for visiting their country. Any hiccups, such as drivers not turning up on a Saturday, were soon sorted by Lucia from Vapes tours. She also called us every week to check everything was ok for us. Excellent service and value for money. Thank you Lucia from Vapes Tours for organising our amazing trip.”

“Perfect. Superlative. Beyond expectations. Unsurpassed. These are just some of the words that come to mind to describe our experience with TravelLocal’s agent Viare Travel in our 24 day trip around Brazil. We have visited almost 60 countries, often using travel providers in the destination country; we know excellent service when we see it, and that was our experience with Viare. We congratulate Polyana, Nathalia, and team on the level of service they work so hard to achieve. As customers, we felt truly special. Nathalia took our “wish list “ and developed it into a customized itinerary. All communications (and there were many) were handled promptly and efficiently. No request seemed to be too much. The trip fell within the budget we had provided. Our accommodations all pleased us; some elated us! Any drivers, guides, transfer services contracted by Viare were very reliable and of a good quality. Polyana obviously has chosen well. The “booking confirmation “ document that we had access to was a very comprehensive guide to our trip, going so far as to even include tips like when you might need motion sickness tablets! During the trip, through the use of Whatsapp, Polyana and team were with us whenever we needed them. Most service providers appear good when things are going well; the true measure is how they respond when there is a problem. We had two problems (you don’t travel the world not expecting some hiccups). In the first instance, we can honestly say it would not have been resolved the way it was without Polyana’s guidance. In the second instance, Polyana was so involved she said we could call her in the middle of the night if necessary! (We didn’t, but this will tell you the level of care they provide to their clients.) We are pretty independent and experienced travelers, but any requests made to Viare during the trip were handled with seeming ease (better known as hard work on their end). We are so thankful we discovered TravelLocal, and got to use Viare for our Brazil trip. We have been spoiled; we have seen perfection of service. We can not recommend Viare highly enough!!! There is no need for a reader of this review to look further!!!”

“Excellent customer service, extremely quick responses and very helpful. Only issue was a few times things disappeared off the itinerary when a new version was created, this led to needing to triple check things in case something else had gone!”

“My wife and I are pleased by and impressed with the quality and promptness of the Travel Local's assistance with planning our holiday in India. We have worked with other travel companies, but no other has matched Travel Local's performance. Although, we have not yet begun our holiday, our review our itinerary suggests that we will get much for more our money, regarding the star rating of our accommodations and the care taken in selecting our activities.”

“Great website and excellent communication from the agents. Maria from Ecole Travel, tweaked our itinerary a fair bit until it was right for us, taking into account our interests and time constraints. Although communication was great and quick, there was no chasing or pressure from travel local, so we could decide in our own good time!”

“TWIMC So far my experience with travellocal.com has proven nothing but positive. The initial enquiry was dealt with both quickly and efficiently, which encouraged me to consider our options with the company. After several emails and a phone call we decided to go with TravelLocal for our holiday. “Love the concept of your website and the confidence it transpires. I’m a travel who loves getting tailor made itineraries being able to pick and choose what I want when I travel whilst ensuring that it’s from a reliable tour operators. This website gives me just that. But on second guess there is still a small sense of scepticism as the local operator were super friendly and responsive a when they were persuading me but once the payment went thru my email response was getting delayed and the language was a little different not that it was rude but it was just not as warm as before. Now it might just be a simple case of getting busy but just a little bit odd that’s all. It just adds to the whole experience and confidence it transpires. Being a person who has booked my trips directly with the hotel concierge or AMEX platinum concierge this is different because it’s a new experience but if it actually turns out to be worthwhile then I think I’d be one loyal customer simply because of the local experience available. But that being said I’ll have to wait and see for the tour experience itself. I’m super excited for this trip with that being said it is going to be reviewed and documented as it’s part of the ASEAN travel initiative. My write up of the whole experience along with review videos would be out. Here’s to hoping for the best because your service could honestly be a diamond to many if it hits the right nodes”
