“Awful service, overhyped brand that everyone wears cuz their fav “rapper” wears it lmao still no update on my order and it’s been over 2 weeks lol I’ve fully been scammed by a legit website bunch of punks playing god behind a clothing brand raking in all the cash they can get bunch of fools”

“No stars should be given- customer service does not exist- paid for an item over 3 weeks ago - still waiting for it - have emailed numerous times to see what is going on absolutely no response - disgusting! Will never order from here again!!!”

“no communication- no email confirmation of order, paid for item, sent 3 emails, numerous online chats and not one response!!!- DODGEY DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!! FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND TRADING STANDARDS NOTIFIED! do not let you kids buy from this place absolutely shocking and disgusting service - if I could give zero stars I would- also looking at other reviews clearly quality diabolical aswell”

“Totally unreliable Christmas presents Order made on 3rd December and money taken. No dispatch, no communication. Have send numerous messages on their online chat and by email. No response. Awful awful company, avoid at all costs !!! Would have given zero stars if I could.”

“I ordered $967 of merchandise from trapstr for Christmas presents for my boys. The tracksuits and t shirts are cut small and I requested to exchange for larger sizes. Both puffer jackets fit perfectly and we will be keeping them both. I made my request the day I received my items. I was told no, because my items were on sale at time of purchase-the policy on the website saids no refunds for on sale items. I’m asking for only an exchange I still only want an exchange for larger sizes and was denied. I will not be able to purchase from them again as they do not care about customer satisfaction or their customers. So if you buy the wrong size of any item on sale they simply tell you no. That’s it! This is totally unacceptable and should never happen to anyone”

“Ik heb een jas besteld. Binnen een paar dagen had ik al een track and trace nummer, pakketje kwam uit china. Nog gemaild hoe dat kon, ze vertelde dat hun magazijn in china zat en niet in londen. 2 weken later, pakketje is binnen, maar dat was geen jas van trapstar maar een zonnebril. Jas zelf 100 euro, namaak bril van quiksilver. Elke dag mail ik en krijg antwoord dat ik 10 % terug krijg, ik ga net zolang door totdat ik betaald krijg. Mensen trap er niet in, dit is fake website”

“Purchased a coat for my daughter in the sale for £140.00 down from £280.00. After only 6 weeks the material started coming away at the cuffs. Emailed in to Trapstar and was immediately offered 20% refund - declined as coat was clearly not fit for purpose. Advised to return for full refund. Upon receipt of the return Trapstar emailed to say no refund due as no manufacturing fault this was just wear and tear ?? After 6 weeks!!”

“I ordered a hoodie for my son on 29th September. I was shocked when I received notification that my parcel was going to be delivered on the 2nd October as this has never happened before. Usually I have to wait weeks and on one occasion it was months. The parcel did arrive but instead of a hoodie there was a dirty green jumper from Primark that smelt of petrol in the bag. I immediately took pictures and added them to the email that I sent to Trapstar. They emailed back after 2 days and advised that my case will be investigated and it would take 8- 10 working days. This timescale has come and gone. I have emailed afurther 3 times and they have been ignored. When you call the telephone number for both the Birmingham and London branch it says they are not in service. The website refers to customer care. It an absolute joke. They should not be allowed to continue to do business. I have read other reviews and they are more negative than positive. This company needs to be investigated and people to to be refunded of their hard earned cash.”

“Ordered several times and never had a problem, Just brought the newest coat (Shooters puffer) and I love it. Can wear it with everything and everywhere. Definitely looking forward to making more purchases”

“Absolutely shocking company and I'm going to watchdog about them because they need shutting down. Can't get through to anyone by phone, tried emailing but every time get asked the same questions over and over again like name, email, postcode, date order placed. Get a ticket number and message stating allow 48 hours for reply and then same thing all over again. Lost count of how many emails I've sent. Tried using chat system, also a waste of space. Tracksuit was ordered back in November 2022 and still waiting in March 2023 for delivery.”

“Be careful! This is a fraud company that sends orders to the EU without EORI numbers. No reply to emails, no refunds. Order is returned to sender due to missing EORI number!”

“Achtung Betrug! Im Dezember 2022 habe ich für meinen Sohn eine Jacke bestellt. Da diese erst 4 Wochen später verschickt wurde, habe ich den Kauf Storniert. Mein Geld habe ich trotz Mahnung bis heute (2 Monate später) nicht zurück! In December 2022, I ordered a jacket for my son. As it was only sent four weeks later, I cancelled the purchase. Despite a reminder, I still haven't got my money back (2 months later)!”

“Diese Firma ist einfach eine Katastrophe. Habe Ware am Release Day bestellt. Mit Kreditkarte bezahlt, da Klarna in Deutschland nicht möglich ist. Mein Sohn wünschte sich die Jacke zu Weihnachten. Bis heute haben wir keine Ware erhalten, Kundenservice nicht vorhanden. Man wird mit Standart Mails ruhiggestellt. Meinem Geld (340€) renne ich bis heute hinterher. Lässt eure Kids die ganzen Bewertungen im Netz lesen, bevor sie ihr Geld verlieren wenn sie dort bestellen.”
