“Bought 800x800 big size porcelain tiles from Stone Tile Market. Sales assistant Shirin was very helpful, prices are extremely reasonable for Italian tiles. I definitely visit the showroom again for my future projects.”

Dear David, We are sorry to hear that you have not received the sample you requested. We use Royal Mail 1st class service for sample deliveries to provide the fastest delivery for our customers. Your sample was dispatched on the same day you made the request but it is obvious a problem occurred on the way and you have not received the sample. We have dispatched another sample box for your enquiry. The sample box should be delivered within 2 days. “I wanted to be sure the tiles I was about to order were the correct colour. I have had disappointments in the past with colour rendition on other websites. I was delighted to be offered a free tile sample, in fact 2 for comparison purposes. Arrived the next day and the tiles have now been ordered. Great service!! Thank you.”
