“Well structured and formatted online course, easy to use, with supporting resources such as exam prep. Adding the online version of the CMBK manual to the resource list would have been of value and resulted in a five star review. Exam support was excellent, with several local issues identified and resolved both before and during the exam.”

“Really good customer service when I had any queries and really nice training venue for the onsite session Trainer on the 2 day face to face session was very knowledgeable and approachable. He explained things well when we struggled with certain topics. Was good to discuss scenarios, examples and experience with others in the group. I actually answered a question on earned value on the exam due to his session!”

“The level of customer service from Amelia Millard, Christine Ewan and the entire TBS support staff has been outstanding from start to finish - they have facilitated every request / query made throughout the evolution of my 12 months (ELCAS scheme) online learning package following my transition from military service. In particular, their acceptance in allowing me extended time to complete learning beyond the original expiry date was both considerate and extremely helpful. Furthermore, the training bundle (ITIL, P2P, MSP, AgilePM) selected has proved execellent value-for-money in comparison to similar training providers, whilst the course material has been very user friendly and prepared me sufficiently well for exam success - particluarly the mock exam features. I highly recommend Training Bytesize (ELCAS Scheme Provider) to any Service Leaver seeking to develop their Project / Programme Management portfolio.”

“An excellent company with fantastic training products. Callum is a fantastic trainer, and balances what you need to know from an academic perspective, with how this can apply in practice. The relatable stories he uses helps the tougher topics to stick and everyone I've been in contact with has been supportive and responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“Callum was a brilliant trainer and really helped me learn the ropes with my APM Project Management Qualification. The course was the right amount of content vs exercise, and I thought Callum was particularly good at engaging our large training group, stimulating thought and conversation too. The days were scheduled well, with a suitable 45-mins for lunch each day - a nice sandwich from the local cafe, and refreshments available from the centre directly throughout the day.”

“I recently completed the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification and was extremely impressed by the training provided. I attended the online delivered course and I was expected it to be two days of death by PowerPoint, I couldn't be more wrong! Callum did a great job delivering the material in an engaging way, which meant I actually understood and remembered the content. Really enjoyed the course and will definitely look at completing further qualifications with TrainingByteSize!”

“I attended the MSP Foundation and Practitioner Courses and am thrilled to say I passed both; I was pretty confident I would because the training was so good :-) This is honestly some of the best training I've had. I chose the online option and was nervous that it may not be as interactive as the face-to-face one. All of my fears were abated, I learned so much, and the trainer Fatollah was incredibly knowledgeable, understood the topic, and had relevant working experience. I was honestly a little bit sad when it came to an end. This course will make a massive difference in my practice, and I've already contacted TrainingByteSize to discuss attending further professional certificates for project and programme delivery.”

“I did the AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner courses, both online. I found the lectures hard to follow / the content dry - consisted of slides of information, some basic animations, and voiceover. The Practitioner lectures were particularly bad as it was just someone reading a page of information. I ended up stopping the Practitioner lectures halfway, and reading the Agile Handbook, for the exam. The online lectures were not helpful at all to me. I’ve previously done online courses where the online content was a recording of a tutor, so it was really engaging and felt like you were in the classroom. Next time, I would make sure the online course has this sort of teaching style. I found the company, Training ByteSize, quite professional, so this was positive. They were however slow to respond and needed prompting, and tutors were not helpful/ didn’t respond to questions I needed help with before the exam so I asked for a refund for this service.”

We take your comments on the Agile training material onboard. It can be difficult to cater for different self-paced learning styles, as many candidates that train with us prefer the animations/voiceover style compared to the recording of the tutor that you have mentioned- so we have tried to find a middle ground with the animated video combined with exam simulations. We understand that some individuals do prefer other styles, so we try to encourage candidates to look at the course demo's before going ahead, which can be found on the product page.
