I love that you could do half the course online. This way definitely worked better for me. Damien was great. He gave us info I hadn't heard before. I would have given a 5*, but I feel your certificate should have been in paper form as well, for the money you pay. Overall I would definitely use Train Aid again. Thank you

I attended the First Aid Course on the 4th of March 2023. Richard was an excellent tutor. Everything was explained very clearly and backed up by the real life stories. He made the course so interesting that I could spend another day learning how to save someone else's life.

I have just recently completed my IQA level 4 assessment, from the initial two-day course with Martin who made it enjoyable and informative with all the helpful videos and the quick responses to any problems I had via email or teams calls.

Positive: Good session Negative: Couldn't always hear the speaker as he seemed to mumble a little Plus, towards the end of the session, he began speaking about his past time which got three other attendees interested. It would have been more appropriate if he'd have spoken to them afterwards as it took away at least 10mins or under away from our session. This is no disrespect to him but many of us didn't want to hear that kind of conversation regarding ghost hunting ect.

Not a great idea to put First Aid at work with Paediatric First Aid. Also reminding the trainer to cover certain topics. No hands on with bandages in fact we were not shown any.

I have recommended Train Aid's 12 hour paediatric first aid course to my colleagues. It was good value and run by a personable and very knowledgeable trainer who made the day fly by. The location was easy to get to and the facilities were good.

Train Aid allowed me to complete my level 3 awareness in education and training, my tutor Ian Wood gave me the correct skills knowledge and behaviours to achieve this qualification which then allowed me to carry out functional skills in maths and English programmes for apprenticeships within my organisation. Ian was very engaging throughout the training and gave great examples of how to implement different teaching techniques and styles to cater for learners' needs, he was very supportive and had all the knowledge to answer questions throughout, Thank you Ian!

Good clear instructions to join, attend and pass the course. I was extremely disappointed that no certificate was sent to the delegates after completion, as I put in a significant amount of work to pass this course and an official cert/logo / hologram would have looked professional from a respected company. I felt by you not sending a certificate, it sent a message that after you were paid, your responsibility was complete. Very cheap and tackie option to send an email to allow delegates to print their own certs.
