“The pricing on products is horrendous. The price on the shelf is never right. It's always higher when yo go to the till. And the amount of products with No price is a joke in the Merthyr store. Stock in the wrong place. And when you bring it to they're attention the reply is Yer I now it's always the same here. Come on what a shambles in trago Merthyr!!!

Still not completed order.
Promises of call backs to me have never materialised. I have had so many delivery dates given and promises that it will be sorted out you just could not make it up.
They just try to fob you off with every excuse under the sun.The manager is never there .... do they actually have anyone in charge?
Unfortunately my next step will now be to get legal advice.
I would advise anyone thinking of buying furniture from this joke of a place to forget it. Please go to a proper furniture outlet and do not disappoint yourself.”
“Went to Merthyr trago,
Went into the garden section to buy plants and was disgusted that nearly all the plants were dead !
Obviously they didn't think they would have to water them !
Told the checkout staff and was told they didn't have enough staff to water them, went to customer services and told them, was told she would pass the message onto the manager, didn't even bother to write it in the complaints book.
Shane on them for not taking care of their plants! Won't be going there again...”
“Worked here for 11 months and its a terrible place the furniture is far east rubbish, the carpets and rugs all hav stains or faults. A the managers are chasing young girls if they show no interest they are given the worse jobs. Or you can get what you want if your prepared to see the boss behind his wife's back like Louise dose with Richard mears and gets girls sacked because she wants there job and full time hours so girls have to have lies made up about them so Richard can sack them so spoilt little Louise can have her own way”
“Absolutely fuming with Merthyr store I bought a free standing fire today from this store came home to open the package with my 8yr old grandson to find a money bag with 8 roll up fags I’m fuking I suffer with anxiety so this is making it worse I phoned customer service at 16.45 to be told the manager would phone me back I’m still waiting for the call I will be taking this further I would like someone to get back to me regards Mrs bruton”
“On my doorstep.very useful. For my purpose they are wonderful stocking a huge range of products compared to elsewhere. DIY is a Dream come True. As a retired electrician , it could be a bit better on the electrical supplies, but improving as time marches on. Has everything I need in one place. Shoes, clothing to gardening. Plus it's all good quality, certainly none of this cheap shoddy clothing seen in certain other stores. Perfect”
