“Traffic make hiring a car very easy. Paul and the team responded quickly to my queries and were very helpful. The car was delivered to our door an hour early which I really appreciated. Friendly, efficient service, both on delivery and collection and great value pricing. I'll be using Traffic again and can recommend them highly.”

“Very bad After rental Service, Renting the car was easy and efficient. But when it comes to getting my security deposit back it has been 2 months and they are still holding 2000 AED of my hard earned money. will not book them again”

“I meant to write to you earlier upon our return to Singapore (summer 2022) and congratulate you and your staff. TSD certainly did live up to expectations. Quite possibly the easiest/stress free car rental we have had in over 12 years of travelling backwards and forwards to the UK. The whole process from car collection, quality of car, ease of paperwork, friendly/helpful staff and finally the easiest drop off we have ever had. Thank you again.”

“We have used Traffic Self Drive in August for the past two years for our holiday. Paul at Traffic Self Drive in Park street St Albans has always been very helpful when arranging a car for our needs and budget. The cars have been of a fantastic standard and delivery/collection to/from our home address included which is a god send with a young family when getting organised and ready for our holiday. Top top service and very very highly recommended from us, thank you.”

“Poor customer service the front desk work paul speaks to like ur dirty argues with you can very rude the other people that work there very polite if u want to hire from them do it online don't go to the place as he just rude made a person cry because he that rude”

“Traffic Self Drive provided an excellent service from the time of initial contact, booking, collection of the car at Heathrow and finally dropping it off at the end of the rental. The car met our needs perfectly and behaved faultlessly. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to use Traffic for our next trip to the UK.”

“Staff and customer service excellent; Friendly, helpful and professional. Good value hire cost. Vehicle delivered on time to my home and collected on time. Vehicle was clean and cared for inside and out. Would highly recommend Traffic Self Drive and would use them again.”

“It seems that unlimited mileage is not what it says,Traffic recalled my vehicle because I had done too many miles. I asked where there was a fair use clause in t’s&c’s and was told “I can write it in if you want?” When I asked further Paul said that he needn’t put a fair use clause in as “he would just not hire to me if he wanted and what could I do?” He was rude and not very pleasant, beware all is not what it seems at Traffic.. We could have had a conversation and a compromise regarding rates but Paul chose to be very stroppy indeed! My advice would be that if you hire a commercial vehicle from Traffic - think again !”

“I booked a long wheel base van online and found it very easy to use the website and make the booking. On arrival the team were incredibly helpful and dealt with me very quickly. The vehicle itself was very clean and well presented and was a pleasure to drive. When I need another vehicle I will definitely be coming back to Traffic Self Drive. Thank you very much.”

“Can not recommend these guys enough rang in need of vehicle for weekend as my car failed mot and couldn’t be done until Monday dropped a lovely vehicle to me within the hour have used before and will never use anyone else customer service is always polite helpful and friendly highly recommend”

“I rarely have to use hire cars however whenever I do, I just contact Traffic Hire. Super responsive service, competitive prices, and modern cars in great condition. Paul, in the office, was super helpful and the guys picking up and dropping off cars were great. And super flexible. As an example I booked and renewed my car online via the website then email. Ideal when you are in an open office and you don't want everyone to know your business. It is such an easy company to deal with, no customer friction anywhere and they are local, local, local!. Not one of these so called global giants. I can see why they are rated at 98% recommended, it should be 100%!”
