“Product price is a little too high but quality is good. Install would be much easier if a template was provided to identify where to drill fixing holes”

“Hi, my order arrived as described and on time. Only four stars because the delivery was dropped at my neighbours and one of the shelves had a small dent. It is not a big issue as I was able to place it against the wall.”

“I ordered oak shelves. They were of excellent quality & the installation guide really helped. Look exactly like the pictures on the website. Only downside was that it took a while to be delivered, however the company were upfront about this so no complaints.”

“After a bit of an issue to start with - Traditional Beams made and sent me the incorrect beam I received the correct beam and it is beautiful. The one point I would make is that the mounting pegs are a little flimsy given the weight of the beam - let's hope it stays in place!”

The Rustic Reclaimed Arch Beam you ordered was new to our product range and you were the 1st to purchase :) Unfortunately, the product SKU did not pull through to our order management system properly. We thank you for bringing the issue to our attention and we are pleased to hear we managed to rectify the issue promptly. “We love the beam and how it looks over the fireplace. It was delivered quickly and is certainly very solid. Our only trouble was that we bought drill bits for granite which ended up being too short. Our mistake, but it would have been helpful in the instructions if it had specified how long the drill bits need to be.”

“Really good value, easy delivery and installation. Looks great on the wall. The only downside was it was left in the room to acclimatise following instruction and it left a yellow stain on the floor that I can’t get out so be mindful of where you put it.”

Sorry to hear a stain was left on your floor, the back side of the beam is left unstained so it would have been best to leave the beam to rest on this side or stand it on top of something off the floor.

“The Beam itself was great, as advertised and fittings all good but delivery was very disappointing. The third party company clearly had no interest in it by dumping it outside the house in the rain in full view of the road with an automated email received saying it had been left with "Bishop" - there is no one anywhere near us with that surname.”

“It was easy to find what i was looking for on the website and arrived on time well packaged. You need to remember when ordering sizes that the beams have a face that is smooth and untreated which did change my plan slightly but i achieved the look i was after.”
