“Been insured with these for 5 years having a family fleet policy, renewal was up today and had no correspondence of these to confirm if in insured or not, so decided to call for them to explain that the underwriter wasn’t doing family fleet no more and basically look elsewhere no apology nothing just left us to it ! Never had a claim £15000 over 5 years not a single sorry we can’t help”

“The past few months have been incredibly difficult for me due to the actions of brokers. It was a terrible experience that resulted in losing everything and nearly leaving me homeless. However, I am grateful that it didn't come to that because once I discovered the fraudulent nature of the company and their intention to take my money, I sought help to recover it. Along the way, I encountered several fake hackers, which made me realise that the internet can no longer be trusted. Fortunately, I was fortunate enough to connect with Scott Wilfred through his email address . I reached out to someone who spoke highly of them and confirmed their reliable service, which gave me reassurance to proceed with them. I made sure to provide all the requested details and supported them throughout the entire process. They kept me informed about each technique they used during the recovery process. They even assisted in rectifying my credit report, which had several negative marks affecting my credit score. I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with these skilled professionals. “Is this nightmare to add vehicle or to remove vehicle when using the tradex app slow, slow slow for one charge is -minimum 25 minutes playing with app this is unbelievable ……is not only that… it’s not show your changes after that,you not on 100%. Sure. Very very slow. , I can’t believe it”

“Completed my insurance claim with them. When they found out I had a rental vehicle the jacked the price right up and said if I leave I should pay £300. Bunch of snakes and I will never go with them again. Will also be adding to my thousands of followers to never go with them either.”

“Modern robbery They send you a box and they charge you £180 for that and It is really useful very expensive cover and poor customer service. Rude customer service. They just big lier. Everything they said to you is not true”

“Absolutely raging to say the least! They're ok taking the money but keep hanging up if u try and make a claim. Would not recommend this to any1 at all. The service we got when my car was written off was terrible too. Took about 4 months for it to get assessed and taken away.”

“Do not use!!! Have a Fleet Insurance with them! they took one of the vans for repairs after an accident. That was in June 2022 and I still don’t have the van back, been calling them everyday since and everyday is a different answer “we don’t know where the van is” , “ oh you don’t have it”, “we can’t find someone to fix it”. I still have to pay for the van out of my pocket as they refuse to cover it. They now just refuse to take my calls whenever I try or just ask me for all the info “as per the policy” and transfer my call to 5 other people that ask me the same thing just so I can finally be told to just wait. Do not use them they just run an insurance scam it’s not worth saving a few pounds with them just so you pay more if an accident happens”

“I found the staff at Tradex Insurance very professional and helpful and quick to respond regarding an issue I had, which has now been finally sorted. “Had a non fault accident in August 2020 I was told by Tony Alter to pay £500 and was promised the money back once the other party admitted liability and paid out. Now the other part has admitted liability and paid out HOWEVER Mrs Rafia Khanam Is now refusing to give me back my £500 excess that is rightfully owed to me. THE COMPANY ARE FRAUDULENT !”

“Very disorganised company. Every time I speak to a different person and get a different answer and different options for the policy; it’s like they don’t know their own products. Very frustrating. I’d prefer to work in writing; but they don’t respond to emails.”
