Administration side is like something out of the dark ages. Having a general proposal form for all different types of business doesn't work as we are continually chasing clients for the return of the forms but they cant answer all the questions on the form as they don't know anything about goods in transit insurance, EL insurance etc. If you are going to insist on Proposal forms it should be made easier. You should accept copies of proof of bonuses instead of originals as this causes us problems as clients like to email them to us. On the plus side, its a pleasure to deal with Verity who makes life a lot easier for us. Verity's enthusiasm and efficient way in which she deals with any queries is second to none and is the reason why our account is continually growing and the reason we continue to send new business enquires over on a daily basis. We really do miss Verity when she is on holiday as the process of getting a quote can take a number of days when she isn't there. If you could sort out your administration process out, it would make life a lot easier for ourselves and you.

Good service, excellent relationship. We deal with Tradex on various types of business but ultimately deal with one underwriter. This has assisted in building a very good relationship with Tradex. They have several systems in place that we can access which make it simple to deal with and obtain documentation. They are also helpful when we need to make contact with them via the telephone.

The only thing that would be good if for MT to be able to access to see what vehicles are currently on the policy if client's update them direct and to also re-print a covernote that has already been issued

The new business turnaround for our company is excellent and the reason we have rated as good is because without the premium as brokers we cannot arrange policies. With regards to adjustments/ changes to policies and assistance there is an impression left which would fall into the poor range as everything seems to be a lengthy process and with modern technology is a big shortfall in the policy administration. All documentation to brokers is a long time and would save phone calls if documents where emailed on sof and policy wording.

by finally sorting out the messy issue of having two different policy numbers and the MID not accepting or recognising the new policy numbers also trying to get through to your office during this period was nigh on impossible I am pleased to say though that normal service has resumed!!! and you are back to being easily accessible I look forward to growing our account with you in the new year

Frankie White was extremely helpful when I eventually managed to get through to your office, not being aware or informed that you had moved offices and a new telephone number was in operation. Generally slow response to emails which we hope will improve. Thank you for your help Frankie.

The only thing that made me happy was dealing with Ian Jolly, he was the only member of staff that I felt at ease with and he actually dealt with my enquire very professionally. I had serious concerns before I called Tradex as I knew the reputation was not very good. Ian quoted me for a homefleet client as was very competent. Ian Jolly is a credit to Tradex and I will be asking for Ian anytime I call.

We do not have a large account with Tradex at the moment, we find that your rates are a little high, plus a 70% inception premium puts clients off. Some of your staff are very friendly and good to deal with, some are a lttle frosty and on occasions you say 'hello its Jayne from Norton' and this is met with silence, no hi, hello, nothing Quotations have in the past been slow to come back, but this has shown vast improvements and the new policy benefits are good too Andrea Newstead and Lisa Hunter are very good and a pleasure to deal with

Update of mid takes an eternity to sort out. Their system is flawed and I have been stopped by the police for no insurance as the database shows as uninsured. Have to carry my policy around to prove insurance.

I have full protected bonus and have never had a claim and they put my premium up by over 20%.....I phoned cabsurance and got a realistic renewal £190 cheaper than Tradex. My advice is to phone around for the best quote.

Been insured with these for 5 years having a family fleet policy, renewal was up today and had no correspondence of these to confirm if in insured or not, so decided to call for them to explain that the underwriter wasn’t doing family fleet no more and basically look elsewhere no apology nothing just left us to it ! Never had a claim £15000 over 5 years not a single sorry we can’t help

The past few months have been incredibly difficult for me due to the actions of brokers. It was a terrible experience that resulted in losing everything and nearly leaving me homeless. However, I am grateful that it didn't come to that because once I discovered the fraudulent nature of the company and their intention to take my money, I sought help to recover it. Along the way, I encountered several fake hackers, which made me realise that the internet can no longer be trusted. Fortunately, I was fortunate enough to connect with Scott Wilfred through his email address . I reached out to someone who spoke highly of them and confirmed their reliable service, which gave me reassurance to proceed with them. I made sure to provide all the requested details and supported them throughout the entire process. They kept me informed about each technique they used during the recovery process. They even assisted in rectifying my credit report, which had several negative marks affecting my credit score. I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with these skilled professionals. Is this nightmare to add vehicle or to remove vehicle when using the tradex app slow, slow slow for one charge is -minimum 25 minutes playing with app this is unbelievable ……is not only that… it’s not show your changes after that,you not on 100%. Sure. Very very slow. , I can’t believe it

Completed my insurance claim with them. When they found out I had a rental vehicle the jacked the price right up and said if I leave I should pay £300. Bunch of snakes and I will never go with them again. Will also be adding to my thousands of followers to never go with them either.
