“Delivery was attempted at 7.45am despite being in they didn’t use the door knocker (would have heard it ) pushed a note through the door and left. Rang Trade Wetrooms at 9 am and was told I had to pay a further £36 for the re delivery as the supplier would not come back.”

“Do not have stock, just use manufacturers. Not good at Customer Service when things go wrong. Ordered (Friday) an Impey Wetguard system, telephoned to check it was in stock and would be delivered the next working day (Monday), Trade WetRooms confirmed delivery on Monday. Requested Courier/Tracking information, advised its not available, amazed 👎. Courier arrived on Monday, only 4 of 6 boxes on the delivery, didn't know where the rest were, advised to contact Trade Wetrooms. Contacted Trade WetRooms, they didn't know what was in each of the missing packages, even though advised it was packages 5 & 6, advised it was the manufacturers issue. Completed inventory and advised missing products. The next day (Tuesday), Trade Wet Rooms advised it should arrive by 12:30, and to recontact if it didn't arrive. At 13:45 no delivery, advised Trade Wet Rooms, finally delivered after 14:00. The amazing occurrence, is that although no Courier / Tracking infomation was available, Trade WetRooms knew within minutes that the delivery had been completed ☹. Asked for refund of the high delivery charges, or a Cusomer Service gesture for wasting 2-days, Trade Wetrooms refused. Have now placed next order elsewhere and found no delivery charges. How important is your time 👎👎”

“Credit given when credit is due, I was a bit dubious as some of the reviews, however I called before I ordered and the contact centre (uk) was very helpful, I wanted Nuance Bush boards and Tradewetrooms were substantially cheaper I placed my order on the Wednesday and it was delivered perfectly on the Friday. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend to others”

“Products were dispatched quickly and delivered in time. The only issue was that I didn’t receive any notifications when they had been dispatched and delivered, so I had to call customer service proactively to find out.”

“I ordered a Grohe wall hung toilet and frame at an amazing price with a 50% discount, miles better than any other supplier. Order placed on Sunday, expecting a delivery in about 3-4 days, but items arrived on Tuesday. Great product, great price and great delivery. Couldn't ask for better!”
