“Good price and easy to use website. I was a bit nervous witha one-man delivery of shower wall boards but the chap who came made it look easy and he was very pleasant. PS The goods arrived on the day given but It would have been helpful to have been given a time slot. And, I suggest that this review request should not have been sent ahead of delivery!”

“Very poor service, ordered 2 pieces of shower wall, no warning about delivery times, they tried to deliver at 7.10am, wasn't home until 8am, which is when delivery times usually start, they tried to bill me £36 again for delivery, customer service was rubbish when I rang them, will never use again.”

“Called Trade Wetrooms to talk about a large order and availability of products. Lady we spoke to was very knowledgeable guided us through options. When we put the order in we got an immediate communication that not everything was in stock and 2 days later confimratoin that the products were in and a delivery date. This has helped us line up our bathroom fitter to coincide. Thank you very much.”

“Really good value products - I purchased the wetroom Jackoboard shower tray/ panels/ tanking kit and drain wastage. It was the cheapest on the internet and prompt delivery. One of the boxes came damaged - the wall panels so contacted by phone and sent photos by email. It was dealt with straight away so that was okay. Will purchase again, thank you!”

“We ordered the wrong size Impey tray - our fault, however, Trade Wetrooms refused to exchange it for the correct size claiming that Impey would not change the unit. This results in an expensive problem for us. If they were a distributor of Impey, they would make this change for a customer, since they would simply sell the changed unit down the line, but apparently they keep no stock and therefore cannot be regarded as a proper distributor. They were not helpful at all on this issue, and I will not deal with them again”

“I ordered 2 bathroom boards from Trade Wetrooms to match ones I had already. They were the cheapest I could find on the internet. They were delivered 2 days later by a lovely lad who rang me to check I was in to take delivery and waited whilst we checked the delivery. First class service all round. Would definitely use again and I certainly recommend Trade Wetrooms.”

“Very impressed from ordering to delivery Order was one day late ordered over Xmas so knew order wouldn’t go through till new year as communication was clear on website. When order was due I messaged to say I haven’t received. They contacted courier and told me it’ll be out for delivery following day and the time”

“Ordered tray and kit on a tuesday with 1-2 day delivery. The tanking kit and linear waste turned up on the Thursday. But the tray didn’t show up till the following Monday. Producers are good and Trade Wetroom sent all products out straight away but the courier held the tray at their depot for 6days for some reason before delivering it.”
