“when i ordered item was told it would be posted around Thursday 20th Feb which was great as item was for Granddaughters birthday which was Monday 24th Item wasn't sent till 24th so arrived on the 26th Granddaughter loved the hoody as she designed it her self but I was unhappy it didn't arrive in time .Item was fantastic and will order again but will give more time for delivery”

“I ordered a phone case and it arrived quickly! Unfortunately my case was slightly faulty and wouldn’t fit my phone properly. I contacted the customer service team and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Nothing was too much trouble and they responded to my emails quickly. They sent me a replacement phone case immediately and it arrived within a couple of days. My new case fits perfectly. Super happy customer and I will definitely shop again and be recommending to My friends and family. A*********”

“Ordered 2 towels. Dispatched exactly when they said they would be. Arrived and although beautiful one was slightly unfinished. Contacted the company. Smooth communication which quickly resulted in a new towel being dispatched and delivered within 5 days. Amazing service. Will certainly buy again and recommend.”

“Had a small issue with the print on the towel that I ordered. After a couple of emails with the lovely Georgia, the issue was rectified instantly. Couldn't fault this company's service and love the products anyways. Would definitely recommend to family and friends”

“Ordered phone case , was actually made up that somewhere does cases for P30!! When case arrived it was the wrong colour, I emailed toxicfox and literally within the hour I had a reply! Georgia was fantastic , customer service excellent ....she arranged for a new case to be made and resent .....so so happy with the service I received ...will definitely be ordering again in the future Well done Toxicfox 👍”

“I have bought three suitcases from Toxicfox for my Grandchildren over the years as they have become old enough to appriciate them and they have loved everyone of them,I have recently ordred one for my Grandson and I had a problem with my order,I contacted customer services and I have to say Georgia Tyle has been fantastic she dealt with the problem efficently and politly and swiftly I can not thank her enough, Every firm should have a Georgia Tyle, A big thank you again Georgia brilliant customer service your a credit to Toxicfox xx”
