Excellent customer service! I had made a mistake on my order and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything was put right with no fuss it was an absolute pleasure to deal with toxicfox.co.uk. I would highly recommend them, the customer service is second to none and I will definitely be buying from them again!

Tips: Good product but don't expect to get your order on the expected day given or anytime near the expected date. And don't expect any updates to their dispatch dates. Order months in advance. AND Keep inquiring. Story: I've ordered twice and received the same inefficient service. the last order (for a birthday) I placed was August 22nd with given expected dates beginning August 28. I thought ok I'll probably get the birthday card I ordered first. Second week in September I inquired. I really would have been ok if I just got the birthday card before the September 13th birthday. I didn't get the card until September 23rd. My order consisted of about 6 items. On October 20th, I inquired about the status of my final item. October 21st Toxicfox said it was shipped today.

Recently ordered girls hooded blankets, for the price £49.99, these were very disappointing in terms of thickness and quality. Would have expected a much better product.

I've ordered quite a few towels, one of them had a small fault on it. I emailed and sent a photo to them and within approximately. 30 mins I had a reply and the problem was solved. Amazing service and customer care . HIGHLY recommend .

Ordered 2 personalised Jute bags in August with a dispatch date of 1st October. Wish I had come to this website before ordering as I probably wouldn't have bothered! So, 1st October comes and goes with still no bag, no email to explain delay. So I email customer care (or customer dont care) with no response- have now emailed the address which sent the order confirmation email to me in the hope someone can respond. Missed the birthday that one of the bags was scheduled for, so just hoping it makes it in time for Christmas. Laughable thing is, I get an email daily from toxic fox and they now tell me their christmas shop is open. You probably wont get your order till next christmas, but hey what do I know! First rule of any business is making sure you have good customer care- otherwise they wont come back! So, if Toxic fox wants to respond directly to this, then great, because as of yet you haven't bothered to respond to me so far

I have ordered many of the amazing bath towels. One of them was faulty one email to them and it was dealt with so quickly. Amazing customer services, amazing products and great fun building the character. Highly recommended

I ordered a jute bag in July with an expected delivery of 1st week of September. 3 weeks in and still haven't received it and keep getting the standard email saying apologies for delay and its in production expecting to be dispatched 3-5 days. Have received multiple emails like this. It was meant to be a birthday gift and its way too late. They will not process refund either as it's in final stages of production. Don't order from here as it takes ages

DISGUSTING company!!! AVOID.... Still waiting on my bag I ordered from July, I sent 2 emails to customer care and NO response upon till now. I’m not surprised reading all the bad reviews below as it’s a joke! Ill never order from you again and the director needs to sort her buisness out properly instead of all this false advertising & still taking people’s money while she’s loving her rich life on her instagram, she needs to be dragged & shamed all the time!

Item was Ment to be shipped last week still hasn’t been shipped and they do not know when it will be. Not helpful. “ Please know as this order is handcrafted and personalised we can never guarantee a definite delivery date I am afraid and can only ever provide you with an estimated dispatch date“

I have always had the best service from the customer service team. I have purchased chopping boards, towels, hoodies and a lunch box for a child. 1 chopping board arrived smashed but it was replaced in mere days with no argument. I have dealt with different customers service staff there and they have all worked to the same high standards. Tracey

I have had very positive experiences with this company. I have ordered a lot of different items over the past couple of months and they have all arrived in good time - online ordering anywhere needs time so I allow plenty any way - One chopping board arrived smashed to bits, but as soon as I sent an email it was responded to the same day and a replacement was received the following week. I have ordered hoodies, towels, a child's lunch box and chopping boards and have pretty much done my Christmas shopping with them, so far without fault and am very happy with the quality of the goods and the service. I have read the other reviews and it feels like a totally different company to the one I am using... I speak as I find and I give top marks T. G

I’ve order a few towels off them now and they have always been of good quality. However the last 2 I ordered together came and were not to their usual quality. I emailed them, they responded quick and were very helpful and sent me a replacement of my order straight away.

Do not buy from this company!! Made an order in July and it never arrived! I requested a refund under the consumer rights act that if my item didn’t arrive on time or within 30 days of making the contract then I am entitled to my money back! Funny that they have stopped replying to my emails but they can respond to bad reviews!! Seriously waste your money!!
