"We would like to highly recommend TCL Solar. We've just had our solar panels and battery installed and couldn't be more pleased with results already getting. Simon talked us thru all the options and helped us pick the best for our household. We've got one of the best equipment on the market with the most competitive price. Everyone from the scaffolding team, thru Simon and David(the owners) to the installation team were polite, helpful and what's the most important extremely professional. The installation was done within less than two weeks from the initial appointment. It took one day only. Thanks for the great job TLC Solar and all the best from Kasia and Rafal."

"Excellent start to finish. \r\nFirstly Simon, at point of sale, was fantastic. To the point, informative and helpful without being pushy. Technical survey was carried out and I knew I had confidence in the team. Even helped with electrical advice outside of the solar remit. \r\nDavid was excellent with answering questions and all the power work pre and post install. Lastly the install team were excellent. Scaffolding erected and taken down when I was told it would be. The install was done to a very high standard and they left the area clean as if they hadn\u2019t been there. Workmanship was to a very high standard but most impressive was that they worked tirelessly despite the horrendous conditions. Hats off to them. They were punctual and very courteous. \r\nOverall a fantastic experience and I\u2019d highly recommend the company. Completely seamless process. Thank you "

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars, TCL is the gold standard. Simon explained our options very clearly and ordering was complication free. The scaffolding was erected by a great team that were very courteous and efficient. The TCL men that fitted the solar panels were polite, professional and a pleasure to have around (even though the chapel was the most challenging roof they had ever worked on) Simon knew we had had bad experiences with tradesmen, and assured us TCL wouldn't let us down. I'm so glad we put our faith in TCL Solar. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. We are delighted!"

“From the first visit to our home on July 24th, we had the impression that TCL was the right company. The previous two didn't show such knowledge and approach to the customer. Simon is a nice guy whose knowledge helped us choose the right setup for our photovoltaic system and his brother David did all the paperwork. Everything happened very quickly and we were kept informed about everything. On Friday 4th August in 9 hours everything was installed by the amazing team Matt, Jack and Sonny. They did everything as we wanted it to be done. Everything was done precisely with due diligence and attention to detail. We are very impressed and extremely pleased with their work. “Simon and TCL Solar were truly professional from day of quotation to day of completion. We had solar panels fitted on our annex /barn, the whole process took three weeks and installation completed in just one day! From the scaffolders to the installers they were all friendly, efficient, tidy and kept me informed throughout the whole process. So if you are ever thinking about having solar fitted, don’t waste your time contacting others… just contact Simon and his team as I have no hesitation at all recommending to others. I can access all the data and relevant information from the system on my phone via an app which makes everything so easy, we are now thinking of having them on our main house.”

“Within four weeks of meeting Simon and being introduced to TCL our panels are installed and fully operational with no glitches, problems or other issues. Parts delivered Monday, scaffold erected Tuesday, installation team on site Wednesday, scaffold down Thursday! Job done! Installation team explained function and operation of the system and how to get help or questions addressed if needed. System was monitored by technicians after installation to ensure fully operational. Really good job, thanks guys.”

“OUTSTANDING…..If we could give more than 5* we would. Simon was recommended to us by friends who also had a very good experience. Simon was easy to understand and when asked about the equipment they would be using he emailed all the product sheets to us that evening. We decided to go ahead and order on 20th March and were given an installation date of 26th April just 5 weeks later!! We were a little bit apprehensive as you hear of some horror stories (Our neighbour being one of them) We needn’t have worried Simon’s brother David called and gave us a breakdown of exactly how it was going to proceed, Scaffolding Mon/Tue, Panels arrive Mon, Battery Tue and it’ll all be installed Wednesday and that’s exactly what happened and the scaffolding was all gone by the following Monday. It’s up, we’re saving money and making money. So happy with the service from these guys and their teams and would highly recommend to anyone.”

“From the first day contacting this company (highly recommended by a neighbour), this company has been great. I never felt pressured into selecting them whilst obtaining other quotes. From that point, we said yes it was all very easy and straightforward. Panels were delivered ahead of installation, scaffolding was erected a few days before and panels were up and working in under a day. More space was needed than I originally thought for the set-up in the garage, battery and control panels. But was installed all neat and tidy and looks really good. Full explanation of how it all works including app set up on my phone to track daily usage. Pannels look good on the roof and don't look out of place. Overall extremely happy and starting to see a difference in my bills!”

“TCL was our preferred choice from five different companies who I asked to quote for our package comprising 20 panels plus inverter and 7Kw battery, two were online and three including TLC (Simon Pearson) made home visits. Prices varied by over 50% from lowest to highest so do shop around and despite a delay from the date of the quotation to our obtaining the required funding they were the only ones to honour their quote without any increases and still maintain their timescale for the work to be completed. In addition where as some companies wanted up to 40% deposit TCL asked for £1000. The whole process was extremely straightforward and completed on the date promised with no issues, Simon kept us up to date throughout and always replied promptly to any questions we raised either by email or by phone/text, something which is rare these days. From the delivery of the panels and batteries the Friday before to their team arriving promptly on Monday morning I couldn't be happier, the team were polite and friendly and the whole installation took just over four hours and we began to see savings on our electricity usage from the moment the system went "live".”

“Quote very competitive when compared to others. Installation planned for 13th Dec 22. All required kit was delivered 2/3 days before installation. The scaffold was erected early 12th Dec 22 in freezing conditions. The installation team arrived early on 13th Dec 22 still freezing. The guys were very professional and polite. The whole installation was completed to a high standard by mid-afternoon on the 13th Dec which included some extra work on the roof to remove two sun tubes. (see photos attached). System monitoring was set up on my phone and I was shown how to use it. The scaffold was removed on 16th Dec. All in all a very satisfying experience from start to finish.”

“I was delighted with how quickly I have been looked after. The first visit was within two weeks. I received the estimate and an offer of installation. The scaffolding was up just over two weeks later and the installation completed within three weeks. In the same timescale other suppliers did not even get to a first visit. I went with Simon and TCL Solar because I felt confident in his approach and that I would get a fair deal - definitely not a pushy salesman. Workmanship all looks good. I have to say I was impressed seeing Micky (?) and Joshua running over my roof handling the panels. The actual fitting took less than a full day (for 12 panels). System is up and running and I am seeing a good return - despite cloudy weather in October. I have been promised help with paperwork for claiming SEG payments - very welcome.”

“Fantastic end to end service and install by TCL solar. Went with a 6.7Kw system and already reaping the benefits. Simon and the team were fantastic throughout, with courteous/considerate scaffolders and a great install team led by Liam. The install looks great and already at 11am on a sunny day in April I'm generating over 3Kw. Would highly recommended.”
