Fan in the 10 in 1 air fryer oven stopped working after a couple of weeks Had no reply from customer service for several days now Totally out of pocket and not impressed with customer services

I can confirm safe receipt of your messages regarding your Air Fryer - upon sending your messages you will have received an acknowledgement confirming the timescales of when we would provide a response to you by. Placed an order 6 days ago and no update on when will receive my order even though the website said within 5 days. I did receive an email two days ago thanking me for my inquiry and asking me to rate Tower on their response to my query which i never made? Waiting for a response to my email sent today asking for an update on my order but have received a response stating they will get back to me within 7 working days. VERY POOR SERVICE

Across the last week we have been making some changes to our Tower website - sadly your order was impacted during the change period whereby no order confirmation was communicated to you. Bought tower kettle and toaster. Kettle after 2 weeks of use the inside coating started to peel. Response received after 2 weeks and that was after i chased my first email. Poor mistrusting response from customer service requesting to cut the cord and send a pic then they will send replacement.

Absolutely shocking! NO air fryer delivered, no one to contact and NO flipping refund!!! Had my £140 for two weeks now and still none the wiser what’s going on. Going to take this matter further now as diabolical service. Should be ashamed of themselves!

Hi We were disappointed to read your comments about your delivery experience with Tower. Our courier partners deliver 1000's of parcels to our customers every day. When a customer disputes delivery as in your case we always endeavour to resolve the enquiry quickly and efficiently. As a result of your circumstances, we did request the completion of a proforma confirming no parcel has been received. Once this proforma was received in a legible format we took steps to issue your refund which will be received in full soon. It only takes me to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Returned Air fryer 10in1as advised and was informed a refund would be issued between 7-10days! Three weeks later still no refund nor acknowledged my emails. Really not acceptable customer service will have to be esculated via paypal

The picnic hamper arrived damaged and generally in incredibly poor condition with visible and messy plastic cable ties, holes in the interior lining and broken and scuffed bits of wood. I returned it weeks ago and have not received a refund.

I contacted Tower two weeks ago as I was given a gift of a completely useless two plate stove - it heats to a certain temperature and then turns off so it took 15 minutes to sort of cook an egg! So far I still have no response. Rubbish product and terrible service.

My Tower pressure cooked exploded in March 2022! Thankfully no person was hurt but it caused extensive damage to my kitchen. I have been dealing with Customer Service for almost 6 months and it has been absolutely awful. Nothing has been done to help me. They are using stalling tactics saying they have an ongoing investigation. I am considering asking a solicitor to get involved. I am a widow over 70 and this has been sk stressful! I have used their pressure cookers for years and trusted this company but they have let me down very badly.

Can you please tell me when I’m going to get my money back? Awful experience .. dreadful customer service and awful communication. I returned an air fryer to Tower on 9th September, 2 weeks later, on the 23rd September I still don’t have my money back. I have tried to email customer services, but the automatic reply stated they would reply within 7 days. All I have been told is that “I was informed by email that the money would be returned within 5-10 working days and the time period to refund my money is still within the legal timescale.” They said they can legally hang onto my money for 14 days. My item has been with them for 2 weeks how can it possibly take so long to process a refund? I cannot believe it can take so long, it’s a nightmare. I’ve tried to speak to admin who process refunds but was told they don’t talk to customers! The 2 agents I’ve spoken to couldn’t even find that the item had been returned until I gave them tracking information, it’s a total shambles. Also, they would not arrange collection for me, so I had to drive 20 miles round trip to take it to a shop, I am Disabled and had to ask for help getting the item in the car and then help again getting it into the shop. The shop keeper was shocked that Tower had not arranged this for me via Evri. I am still £140 out of pocket, I will never use this company again. L.Homer
