Ordered my airfryer on 18th November 2022. Felt I paid over the asking price but wanted it as a gift for my mum's birthday. On the 21st November Evri emailed to say they had my parcel. On the 22nd November Evri emailed to say there was a delay with my package. My order has not been updated since then. I have contacted Tower, waited the 7days for you to get back to me and had no response. I have never ordered from tower and after this experience will ever again. I am very disappointed that you have took my money for a product I have not received and haven't even got the customer service in place to provide me with an update. I appreciate you can have problems with the courier you use but to not even be able to contact you or you reply after 7 days is really quite unacceptable. I would appreciate someone looking in to my order. As my mother's birthday has now passed I would like to be fully refunded.

Tower 10-1 air fryer. After two months the paint is flaking and peeling I contacted customer services who replied that they will not do anything about it and it’s unfortunate. The reply also states that they produce high quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. This clearly isn’t the case. Will not be buying or recommending tower in the future.

Had to contact Tower because the delivery stalled with no explanation by Evri. Found it impossible to get through on the telephone to Tower and finally got an initial response by email. They failed to follow this up by their own time scales and only responded when prompted via my son- in -law’s Facebook prompt. They asked for a further 48 hours to investigate and that also came and went before it eventually turned up with the box in a very poor state. Very disappointing considering this was bought as a gift. I don’t think I will be ordering online with Tower again!

I ordered a tower Airfryer on the 16th November, order number #50070, rcvd an email from Evri the following day saying they had my package. Update on the 18th November from Evri to say there was a delay on the parcel. Not another update showing from the 18th November. I can’t contact anyone via telephone as they’re accepting calls and I have emailed 3 times now, the initial email was sent on the 21st November and I have not had any response from them. No airfryer and no money. I will never order from this company again. Utterly disgraceful! I have contacted my bank. Stay away from this company.

Bought a Kettle and window vac on line direct from Tower. Went on line to increase the guarantee to 3years. After a couple of months the window vac is faulty I have sent 3 Emails to Tower with NO response. When one phones a message says they are too busy to answer and to send a Email then the line closes. I would not buy any more products from them and am still trying to get them to sort it out.

Air fryer delivered. Seal broken and dirty looking, actual product scratched and protective sticker peeling off the front. I clearly have a second hand item and have had no response from tower. Have escalated through PayPal and still nothing from them. Do not use tower unless you can afford to throw your money away.

I ordered a vortex 9L Dual Basket Air Fryer. Paid for 24hr delivery. Didn't get either, after waiting 8 days for my Air Fryer I was told by the delivery driver that they where sorry for the delay but my item was damaged so they where waiting on a replacement. We'll my replacement was the wrong item I was sent a 5L Air Fryer which isn't even digital. Contacted towerhouse straight away by two emails still no reply, and its now 2nd Dec, guess iam using the oven for my turkey this year. So now going to contact consumer rights to find out what I can do, paid £199 for my item and they send me £60 item instead. NOT HAPPY.

What a firm reported a fault on a air fryer 26th October.told to take cable off and send pictures to confirm.Told they had a replacement after about a week had a e-mail saying they was-going to upgrade because of the problems and would arrive in 3-5 Days.nothing arrived .So over 20 e-mails and waiting from October. Till December still no air fryer.was even told someone was going to ring they did not.This is the sort of service you expect from a tin pot back street firm. I got in touch with Amazon and got my money back from them.At least they answer a phone or e-mails,if your thinking of buying anything beware of Tower.

We wish we'd never heard of this company. We ordered an airfryer on the 17th Nov, it was received by the courier on 18th Nov and then nothing. We can't speak to the courier and you can't even speak to the companies customers support. We have e-mailed 3 times now and nothing. This is how low the company can get, they sent us an email to review the item that we haven't received. This company has its employees write in their review of how good the company is to work for. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

After sales is non existent. Delivery was quick but unpacking revealed a faulty vortex air fryer. You can’t phone as you just receive a recorded message which then disconnects. My detailed email was answered automatically telling me that I would be contacted at a later date. I am now stuck with a faulty appliance and nobody from Tower could care less. I have however received many emails telling me how Wonderfull Tower are. The last one from David was trying to sell me more products. Still no response from customer services. Disappointed would be an understatement.

Evri delivered my Air Fryer to an unknown address. I had to go and hunt down my delivery, which was disgusting. When I eventually found it the box was in pieces and taped with Hermes tape. Once inside the box pieces missing. Had to wait a week on Tower getting back to me and still don’t have an air fryer. Need another courier service

“I ordered my air fryer on 18th November and I’ve still not received it! I can’t get through on the telephone and I have not received a response to my email even though the 7 working day timescale for a response has passed. I’ve even had confirmation from the courier Evri to say the parcel is unaccounted for!! Tower have taken my money, but no product and no response and then I receive an email to review the product! Very disappointed. Terrible customer service!

I’ve still not received my Air Fryer! I can’t get through on the telephone and I have not received a response to my email even though the 7 working day timescale for a response has passed today. Very disappointing! They have taken my money, but no product and no response, but I have received an email to review the product! Very disappointed.

Sadly this air fryer arrived opened and was damaged the box looked very battered considering it had only dispatched the previous day ..in fact I would say the box wasnt new..that's how bad it.. Very disappointed & I was left very frustrated by the lack of customer support it was over a week later till someone contacted me & that I think was because I left a review somewhere which was picked up by someone & as of today I haven't yet had my refund.. Being so close to Christmas I'm hoping I'll get it ASAP..
