I registered my appliance for the 2 year warranty . However 13 months into the warranty period the air fryer stopped working however after 5 emails and 3 weeks waiting Tower customer serviced advised although the warranty was registered if I no longer had the original receipt they wouldn’t do a thing ! Very disappointing for such a large organisation and I thought I was buying a reputable brand but will never purchase Tower again

I bought this for New Year's Day as I had to cook a large joint of beef for fourteen family members and when turning on the light didn't come on so quickly put it in the oven and had dinner later, only to find out the cooker had started to heat up.I haven't complained as have used it again knowing it's only the light and the rest works perfectly, and it's only me that will use it

Happy with the price..drawers a bit awkward ..the 3 year guarantee with tower products is a definite plus..all in all will be using this daily

The food only cooks on the top. If you fill it you are shaking and moving food a lot. Fine for one single layer of food. Youd be better off going smaller. Its a heating ring with a fan.

It took me quite a while to find an air fryer that would suit me. I had looked at many and found that they had drawers that were hard to open, seemed flimsy, too small or the fryer was too big. When you order something that you havnt looked at its difficult to judge so in the end I went to my local store, Woolacotts, where they had several on view, unboxed, so that I could have a good look. I liked the look of the Tower 10 in 1. I liked the fact that it had wire shelves so that you could cooked more than one layer of food and it had a drip tray. I must admit it took me a couple of days to try it! I tried some oven chips. Very simple. They came out so much better than the oven! I don't normally eat them but these were lovely and not burnt on the edges which us what happens in the oven. I tried a tray of pigs in blankets on Christmas day as they wouldn't fit in my oven. Lovely. I was a bit worried as the booklet said that greasy things like sausages were not the best thing to cook in the air fryer so I won't make a habit of it. Bread rolls worked well also. I have a long way to go but will keep trying new things. I also love the fact that it has a big widow and a light so that you can see if your food is done. My only negative comment is that I sometimes find the on button not quite sensitive enough but I'll see how it goes but may be me being heavy handed. All in all an excellent buy. .

This is the second time a Tower Vortex Air Fryer has packed up on me. What's worse is that I tried registering the extended warranty when I got it but their website was messed up and wouldn't allow me to complete the registration so I gave up and am now paying the price. What a scam.

We purchased a Tower mini oven with hot plates at Dunelm in November. When we unwrapped the parts, it was clear that the baking tray handle was broken. I spoke to the Customer Support Team on 4.12.2023 and was advised that the part was not in stock so I asked to be advised when it might be available. I have heard nothing further. I cannot imagine many quality suppliers would expect their customer to use a grill pan without a handle.

Bought a 4 slice toaster, plugged it in for the first time & found it was faulty. Reported it to Tower immediately but I’m still trying to arrange an exchange, Tower are asking for proof of my extended warranty! And now I maintain the appliance! Im afraid they have not been very helpful to date.

i ordered a iron on the 22nd money has been paid i have no delivery date in my email have emailed 3 times no reply qould be nice for a update as to when yr items are goin to arrive would not buy from these again

Just bought dual basket air fryer (model no. T17144) I am trying to register item online and have went to the suggested email address as instructed. I enter model no. In first box but in the list of air fryers my model is not listed!!!! Help! 😁

My appliance broke down after 11 months with a 3 year guarantee, contacted Tower, spoke to a human every time I called, polite, professional, friendly, I provided the evidence, replacement on it's way. This is the way to treat customers.

Purchased a Tower Generator Steam Iron. There not cheap!! May have had it couple of years, not the sort of item I keep the receipt for. The other day whilst ironing I placed the hot iron on the stand which is what you are supposed to do whilst I folded my duvet cover and put it away. Went back to the iron to do some more ironing and could smell burning, lo and behold the iron had "melted" the base unit. The next day although turning on it wouldn't heat up. Meanwhile I contacted Tower to see if they could throw any light on what might have happened. Despite emails back and forth it was mainly some silly person keep asking me for the warranty or the receipt when I had informed her from day one that it wasn't under guarantee. The one thing she did say was that it was normal procedure for a person to place the hot iron on the stand and it shouldn't have caused me any problems. Now they are just ignoring me. Wont buy one of there irons again!! Ps, it wont allow pictures.
