There should be a mash below coil. Light weighted snacks get stuck into coil due air pressure and burns

I will tell you how they made me unhappy. Quality of the grill plates in the air fryer model no T17088 is sub standard. The non stick coating has peeled off after use on only 3 occasions. Washing instructions followed to the letter. What a pity Tower do not have quality control by producing this simple part in the UK rather than China.

Rather split opinion. Had it for 9 months and was wonderful. Use at least once daily. Last night flames came out so I now have a replacement

Happy with the sensor bin, good size holding a lot of waste however there is an issue with the battery cover, doesn’t seem to click in no matter how many times I try, Tower couldn’t of been more helpful to resolve the situation and I am currently awaiting delivery of a replacement part, great customer service. I bought the 7 in 1 airfryer /steamer without cookery book. Others on line but not Combo. No telephone x bad site. How do I get one. Compared to Ninja you are a shower..get with it

However, our Customer Service team are always readily available to look into this for you. Sadly, we are unable to trace any previous contact from you. Airfryer purchased from ideal world. Cannot find anything wrong with the product as yet. Unfortunately website will not allow me to extend warranty. Just keep getting message cannot find product. So happy with product (so far), but not so happy with the warranty registration system.

From time of order to receiving my kettle it is the black rose gold pyramid kettle it's stunning and only took 2 days to arrive easy to register the 3 year guarantee and I liked that there is a customer service number i can call not any video chat so am very pleased :)

Dual Basket Air Fryer, Well pleased, Build & Quality Good, Double Trey’s working independently makes for better cooking with meals Being Picky, I think Draws & Trey’s would have been better finished with a non stick coating, Teflon or whatever, Gloss Stove Enamel is reluctant to release gooey residue even in hot soapy water.

I bought this Tower Airfryer in October 2022. And already there a bits of plastic coming off the handle. Every time you pull the drawer out another piece breaks off. I wouldn't buy Tower again.

We absolutely love the air fryer, it’s simple to use and big enough to cook quite a large chicken. Unfortunately we had only had it just over four weeks when the bulb went. What’s the problem you might say? I am quite a handy guy a round the house a retired engineer but when I looked to see where the bulb was situated it was quite inaccessible, a crazy design. What made matters worst I could not find any information on how to change the bulb, I tried ringing “Customer Support “ that was a total waste of time, apparently due to the popularity of the product there was no one available to speak to, I guess bulbs were popping left right and centre. Halogen bulbs are renowned for blowing hence you would think they would have made it easy to change. Daft as it seems I ended up taking the fryer back to Argos who were brilliant and changed it straight away. How ridiculous to have to take something back because the bulb had gone. So Tower please give instructions on how to change the bulb!

I cannot comment on this sealing ring it doesn't fit my pressure cooker even though I paid extra for next day delivery it didn't arrive until 3 days later ,very disappointed

Your order was placed on Friday after the 24-hour cut-off time quoted on our website, with your order being delivered on Monday - some 24 hours earlier than scheduled.
