“My partner brought a pair of Veju trainers for Xmas. Within 3 months the back of the heels had worn through. I asked customer services for help and they said as it wasn’t a “manufacturing fault” there could be no exchange. However wearing a pair of trainers weekly should last longer than this. Especially if you compare them with my running trainers which I work out in and run in 3-5 times a week last a year and then need replacing….. really disappointed and want other customers to know this issue so they can be considered where they are purchasing goods from”

“Ordered shoes and at no fault to tower they just weren't what I wanted. However, I have never received my refund. Paid £130 for shoes and I have sent emails and had no response :(”

“I never received the shoes that I ordered and after a few email attempts to get back in contact with this seller they have stopped communication now when I go to the site it tells me it doesn't exist anymore. I disputed this with my bank and somehow the company was able to say that I did get my order. I am sure it was some kind of fake document they provided. Stay away from this place if they pop up in your feed and do not order anything from them. Not even if it is free!!! Order was never received No carrier delivered it EVER was not damaged due to bever receiving How many days did delivery take... Funny well now it has been 74 days and counting Communicated with the company by email and after 2-3 emails the company stopped communicating and disappeared.”

“I have been looking for the new balance black and cream 327 trainers for months and unfortunately are sold out everywhere. When I found them on tower London I bought a pair of the new balance 327 trainers immediately. I have had them for two weeks and worn twice, the dye on the back of the sole and the 'N' on the shoe for newbalance is running off either new balance can't make trainers or tower London are selling fake trainers. I would not recommend this trainer/ shoe shop to anyone. I spoke to Customer service with plenty of pictures not really thinking it was a big deal maybe they explain manufacturing issue or some good excuse for me to except paying over £100 for trainer ive had for two weeks and now can't wear. No I got nothing they said its not a manufacturing issue, they are just worn! After 2 weeks they are dripping dye because of wear and tear. Scam don't buy, save your money”

“Good sale, but worst customer service you can get. Sent a faulty product back which I even showed pictures on live chat to (got transcript) - to be told “not faulty” - dishonesty is how you lose customers. Avoiding you guys here on out.”

“While the customer support at first was very polite, they are completely misleading. It cleary said online that the price includes shipping, fees and taxes. The customs tax were however not reimbursed as this was not included according to them. How can taxes and fees be included but custom taxes not? In the end, I paid for a shoe worth CHF 170 more than CHF 240. Would never ever order from them again and not recommend them to anyone!”

“My shoes took 6 days to arrive after paying extra for next day delivery. The Tower staff I managed to actually speak to after emailing, using online chat and continually phoning couldn't care less and were very unhelpful. Please do not buy from Tower, they are a terrible company to deal with.”

“I was terrified after i purchased $190 worth of shoes (3 pairs) and THEN read reviews stating customers received used shoes, fake shoes, and return issues. I received 3 authentic and perfect shoes within a few days of ordering so needless to say, I am thrilled. And I live in California.”

“Bought this fila women trainers, arrived almost next day , in size a bit smaller but wouldn’t complain, but the quality it extremely bad , you can all the ugly glue around the sole , it doesn’t look genuine trainers , I have original Fila the same trainers but in white colour and I compared there is a massive difference. Tower London shoes sells fake products !!! Never ever from this company . I’ll keep that shoes for work until the file will come out probably in the couple of days . The reason I bought from this website due to not having my 5.5 uk size in other stores . And I’m afraid to refund it as previously other customers mentioned they may not refund at all .”

“This has been the single worst experience I’ve encountered purchasing anything online. I ordered Doc Martins boots, they not only arrived ridiculously late but were 3 sizes too small. Assuming this was an honest mistake I contacted the company, sent photos and went to the post office to return. Once I got there I noticed the box didn’t have the right returns info. So I called Tower Londons customer service line only to be met with rude, unhelpful and all around condescending staff. After a long and arduous process, a collection was arranged at my house. I waited 4 hrs later than the time booked, then the courier refused to collect, again because of a lack of returns info. This went on for another four collections. I called and emailed multiple times and was ignored. When I finally got through they asked me to pay for a collection which I refused. This went on for 2 weeks until they finally agreed to send another courier without charging me for the return. Now, two months later they claim to have lost the return and are not only refusing to pay me the money I paid for the incorrect shoes but they’re completely ignoring me. At a loss I contacted Doctor Martins directly and they informed me this wasn't new and that there isn't anything they can do as it's a private contract with Tower London and not Doctor Martins. I’ve been lead around endless circles and am now being ignored while the company hold my money. So unless you want to be stressed, insulted and out of pocket, avoid using this company at all costs.”

“I would give zero stars if possible. Not selling legit items, I bought Dr Martens that cost £133 and they turned my socks/feet black after wearing the shoes for an hour. Boycott at all costs.”

“I offered you a chance to make things right . You sold me a pair of boots just over 2 months ago and they became unstitched . You told me that was wear and tear . Please excuse me for not reading the “May not last 3 months on the box” I have cut my losses And purchased for another retailer and manufacturer . Very disappointed”

“Should be zero stars option. They are not selling legit items. They sent Barbour boots seconds - one was much tighter than the other. Sent back and they offered no refund or replacement and sent them back to me! Useless company, bunch of cowboys. Do not buy from here unless you want seconds.”
