“Excellent service from ordering to the fitting of my tow bar by Jason He phoned me the day before and arrived spot on time done a great job of the fitting and explained and tested all the electrics and alarms before leaving All in all well pleased and satisfied many thanks L.J Galeozzie 09. 10. 19.”

“Fortunately I did not get any further than your telephone operator, in Darlington. Dreadfully abrupt and came across rude and aggressive. Raised her voice just asking me what make of towbar I had. I was Not impressed and I am glad that she called me rude and rang off. Avoid this company. If they treat customers like this on a telephone, then my goodness what service do they provide.”

We are saddened that someone has the need to post a poor review on our business website. One of our sales girls remembers this call well and when it occurred. This ‘ Gentleman’ telephoned to enquire how much we would charge to fit his own towbar before she could assist him further, she asked what make of towbar he had, he proceeded to read off along list of meaningless serial numbers which did not assist her with this enquiry. Our salesperson had to interrupt him to ask him again, what make of towbar he had. His reaction to this interruption was loud and sharp. As he couldn’t provide her with the information she required and she was unable to help him with this enquiry. He then accused her of “being rude” We are not perfect, we are always civil to our customers and conduct ourselves with courtesy, unfortunately, we cannot say the same for some of our callers however we are sorry that we upset this ‘Gentleman’.

“Absolutely fantastic!..really easy to arrange the fitting,staff were knowledgeable and friendly!..the fitter,’Jason’,did a first class job,very professional,really pleased and over £200 cheaper than taking my vehicle to Halfords!..would definitely recommend!...Phil sells”

“I had a detachable swan neck Towbar fitted to my Audi Q5 the service was excellent from the knowledge regarding the fitting when ordering over the phone to the actual fitting .Jason who fitted our towbar phoned the day before fitting to advise us he could visit earlier than the original time and ran through the process about the fitting,how long it should take and the what was involved he was very knowledgable and experienced fitting towbars, and on arrival he was friendly ,polite and did a very good job I would highly recommend this company for towbar fitting. 9/8/19”

“Fabulous fitter, Jason, was helpful and expertly fitted my towbar. He was polite and helpful and explained how the towbar worked. Two days later I picked up my new caravan, and it towed beautifully. Excellent price (nearly £100 cheaper than other companies I got quotes from). Andrea was also very helpful and knowledgable. Liz highly recommend Towbar 2 U. Professional, expert and a great price. Thank you”

“Just had Martin fit a detachable tow bar to my car, clean, tidy, went above and beyond to make sure it all went together nicely in the hottest day! Very impressed 😎 Shame I wasn’t offered the the vehicle specific tow bar electrics!!”

“Very cheap compared with other quotes without compromising on quality and service. Jason who fitted our towbar was very polite, professional and informative. Jason made sure after fitting that he explained everything and showed everything working before he completed the paperwork. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. “Excellent job, the guy who did the fitting was very friendly and efficient. The tow bar was fitted for a bike rack and it’s working perfectly. A very smart job. The price was extremely competitive and as I was able to book a slot when it could be fitted at my home easily. Would highly recommend.”

“Rob fitted a detachable bar to my Ford Edge yesterday. Great job, excellent clean workmanship and completely invisible fitting :-) The weather was awful, but Rob was smiling and cheerful throughout. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and on top of all this, excellent value for a quality bar. Well done. Leading u to the fitting, I had several calls to the office with questions, all answered professionally and satisfactorily.”

“Had Rob Moore fit a detachable tow hitch with 7 pin plug and dedicated wiring to my A4 estate today. Rob provided a great service, polite and friendly and ran me through everything he was doing to the car. The unit is great and discretely fitted, I would highly recommenced this company.”
