“Isotoner is a VERY difficult company to order directly from. Once you place an order with them, you cannot cancel it, no matter how fast you contact them to do so. Customer service is horrible. There’s no CS phone number readily available, and once you find one, you can call until you are blue in the face and you’ll never reach an actual person…just a recording telling you to e-mail them. Once I received the order that Isotoner wouldn’t cancel, I returned to them it immediately without even opening the package. I had to pay shipping to receive the order, pay more to ship it back to them, and then they kept $10 of my refund, stating that I used their return shipping label, which I did NOT! I ended up finding the same Isotoner gloves on Amazon for $15 with free shipping…no hassles. And the only reason I purchased anything Isotoner was for someone else who asked for those specific gloves. Never again!”

“My first pair were bought as a present. I wore them for a year and loved them. But the pair I just bought are definitely made of inferior material. Although they look the same, the soles are too malleable, have too much give and no support. I am very disappointed and would not recommend.”

“DO NOT ORDER from this company! They never returned postal charges since 2 months, always finding excuses and lying! TERRIBLE quality as well, the soles are paper thin after 2 months of wearing! Save your money!”

“Beware of small print Had to pay for delivery when l returned a pair of slippers that were not suitable for my 91 year old mother !!”
