“I purchased a ceramic soap dish from Totem, which unfortunately arrived broken, largely due I think to postage. I contacted them and the after-sales service from Niz could not have been better. Very apologetic, full explanation about how this could have happened and a replacement sent out immediately, no quibbles. I even had a follow-up call to check that the replacement had arrived safely. Well done guys, a breath of fresh air.”

“The toy I bought from Totem is quite different from similar toys and turned out to be cheaper (and with free delivery) than from the company that actually makes/supplies it. It arrived in just two days. All round excellent service. Than you.”

“Totem store is probably the best shop I’ve ever bought from. I made a purchase and it did not arrive when expected. Niz immediately sent a replacement and was very gracious and sent out a third replacement when it turned out that I had mistyped the postcode and caused the error! Would 100% recommend as not only do they stock fantastic items their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced.”

“Love the earrings, they are going to make a great secret Santa present for my friend who is a Graphic Designer. The only negative I would say for improvement is that the box the earrings came in was huge compared to the size of them (not very environmentally friendly!) and the void wasn't filled with anything to protect the bottle.”

Hi Toni, First of all, thanks for your review and for your feedback. I would like to apologise for the way the order was packaged, we have a logistic partner who has the instruction to wrap all items accordingly to the product size and with paper void filler, no exception. I am disappointed to find out otherwise because we are striving to be environmentally friendly. If you have taken any pictures of the packaging, I would be grateful if you could send them to me at info[at]totem.store - this way I can go back to our partner and investigate.
