Thank you for taking the time to review our service. As confirmed by email we looked into this immediately and can confirm you were sent confirmation of the installation date at 08:58 on 18/11/15 (the day after the order was placed online). The feedback request email is automated and explains it may arrive before the item is received but please also bear in mind you specifically requested installation was delayed until 8th or 9th December due to works at the school. Further, the feedback request is triggered by the sending of the delivery information email so if you received the feedback request this means the delivery email was also sent. Our system did not receive any rejection messages from your server so please check your spam bin or speak with your IT department. “I wasn't sure what safe to get but the website gave excellent descriptions and when I phoned up to speak to someone to asks questions they were very helpful. My safe hasn't arrived yet but when it does i'm sure it will be the same type of service. Thank you.”

“From my initial contact with Total Safes I have had quick responses and really helpful answers to all my questions. They got it all ordered and delivery was in the time slot they provided. Even on the day the people delivering it called me before they arrived and got the old safe out and the new one in within 20 minutes, it was such a sleek change and they have all been very professional. The new safe looks great in the space and is perfect for what we require.”
