“Safe was delivered and fitted at scheduled time. The two safe fitters were polite and helpful and gave appropriate advice.”

“I tried to warn you in advance about the joists underneath the safe - you told me not to worry, that your men will find the way of fixing the safe down. Well, they did not!! They were otherwise nice chaps, but they did not have the screw required. In the end I had to purchase a drill bit and 12 mm 28cm long screw altogether for about £30 to do your job! Any refund? Invoices available upon request. The safe itself is sturdy as advertised, however the electronic lock on the door is wobbly and certainly does not inspire confidence or a solid value at £ 2100!!! Could I have it looked at?”

“I had to contact customer services with a couple of queries before purchasing a postal dropbox. The queries were answered very quickly. The product I ordered was out of stock but was delivered quicker than originally estimated so thank you very much for the great service!”

“The price for the safe was very competitive but they were a little slow in letting me have an installation date but once I chased them twice it was booked in. Cameron, the guy who installed the safe was very professional and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.”

“Well designed web pages. Informative. Order process is straightforward. Telephone enquiry staff were very helpful and responded promptly. The order time was short and the delivery on time and installed easily. Minor issues with the locking system were resolved within days of delivery.”

“Apart from having to remind the delivery guys after they had left the building that they had to install the safe the overall experience was good. Lucky we noticed that they handn't fitted the safe before they had left site, we caught them in the car park!”

“Friendly and courteous delivery staff. They did not have the right equipment to get the safe inside the building but with assistance from the Caretakers, the right solution was found. Looks like a quality product !”
