“The despatch service is very good, but if you place an order within the allotted timescale on a Friday, I think that standard delivery should include a Saturday delivery at no extra cost. Having to wait until the following Monday is not good enough. When Pool chemicals are required, it often involves a timely treatment to the Pool. Having to wait two further days is really not good enough.”

“All worked out well, but I had asked for it to be delivered on Wednesday as nobody was in on Tuesday. Luckily the driver was able to get in so no problems, also the delivery came on two days and I did not know this was happening and so assumed part of the order had been missed. all well in the end!!”
