“We were let down by a different supplier. With an incredibly tight deadline, Total Merchandise worked with us to find a solution to get some freebie items to be printed and delivered in time for a conference. Price was good and products were of good quality, as described. An excellent experience and will use them again.”

“Total Merchandise worked very efficiently and fast with my order, which was something that we were slightly worried about going into this project, as lead times can often be very high with giveaways. I also found the pricing very good, one of the cheapest that I could find at such a quality. The only thing I had trouble with was when the giveaways arrived 26 of them weren't correctly packed, although once I brought this issue up to Samantha Robbins, whom i've been liasing with throughout this project, was straight on the case and got this issue rectified. All in all very good, printing of the logo slightly bad quality but still a great product and company.”
