“I will be very honest here, I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, but I really loved the wine rack so I checked the reviews on Trustpilot and as they were good I decided to give it a try. Approx. a day later I got a call from a friendly lady who gave me a date and time for the delivery. On the day of the delivery I received a call from the delivery man again extremely friendly and he delivered it within the stated time frame. I only had a minor issue with the item but that was sorted by the customer service team who were very quick to respond and sorted my problem out in no time. I am extremely happy with my purchase and even more happy that customer service was extremely helpful, prompt and understanding with their response. I would 100% purchase from this website again.”

Top Furniture provided partial refund and touch up paint to cover small faults to the bottom part, caused by transportation. After some touch up job the cabinet now looks great. Hello, The Titan dining chairs that we delivered are fully assembled so if you open the boxes you can use the chairs immediately. These chairs are not flat pack. The dining table will require the legs screwing on in each corner as we wouldn't physically be able to deliver the table through your front door if we attempted to deliver them fully assembled. Sorry that we didn't meet your expectations on this occasions but no other retailer will deliver a dining table into your home fully assembled and we don't offer an assembly service at the moment. “Obsessed with the Toulouse Range by Top Furniture. I’ve just received the double wardrobe and dressing table and they are both not only fabulous to look at but well made and of high quality. The dressing table came fully assembled and the wardrobe although needed some construction was very simple and quick and both packaged securely, the delivery team kindly took all boxes to upstairs to the room of choice too.
