“ORDERING WAS VERY EASY GOOD CHOICE OF PRODUCTS THAT MATCHED EACH OTHER, IE DRESSER, COFFEE TABLE. AND NEST OF TABLES. DELIVERY WAS VERY EFFICIANT,DRIVER KINDLY PUT THE TOP ON THE DRESSER, AS IT WAS TO HEAVY FOR US TO LIFT. ALTOGETHER VERY PLEASED WITH THE ITEMS THAT WE BOUGHT. WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.”

“Good, quick service. Excellent product, exactly matched the description. Reasonably easy to put together. Delivery window needs to be smaller and more reactive to the customer. I got my furniture at about 8.45 in the morning from a pretty much empty van and was given a window of 7am to 6pm which seemed a bit ridiculous. On the plus side I did get a phone call beforehand./”

“Goods arrived on time very well packaged, delivery firm phoned the afternoon before arrival saying they would deliver between 8 and 9 the following morning, they came at 8.15, delivery people were polite and helpful, a pleasure to deal with, goods themselves were above my expectations, well-priced, I will certainly recommend you to others and will deal with you again, many thanks”

“furniture arrived on the delivery slot (7-3, not more precise) they chose. one part from one of the bench items was missing, when I rang they said oh its a small bit, & no apology.. BUT its a 1.2 metre piece of 4x2 wood ...........so now I have to stay in another day to receive that. have been offered foot protectors for doing this review. shame. the sticky out nail has already scraped a line across my entire living room wood floor, and I have already bought protectors from somewhere else because of that. now have to sort out fixing the floor. one bench great though”

“Phoned up and enquired about an item I had seen on the website. Established it was in stock, paid and organised delivery to Kent. A few days later I was called to inform me my table had arrived and I went to collect it. Very easy organisation and direction on exactly where to get the item so it was easy to load into my car. Minsk table is very easy to assemble and sturdy. Fits my space perfectly. I would highly recommend, especially at this price.”

“Unfortunately the stools we wanted were out of stock. The website did not let you know that there was a stock out until you tried to enter your credit card details. Otherwise everythin else was OK.”

“From start to finish we are very impressed with the professional, fast and efficient service we received from Top Furniture. We were notified of a delivery date with the option to change if we wanted to and the driver called us on the day to notify us of the expected arrival time - not a happy man but he had just cut his leg on something. The sideboard we chose was a huge suprise to me because it is gorgeous - I knew it was good but not expecting it to be of such high quality. It is very well made, solid and matches the description. The packaging was almost as good as the product! A lot of care had gone into that. Really proud of our purchase.”
