“I will be very honest here, I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, but I really loved the wine rack so I checked the reviews on Trustpilot and as they were good I decided to give it a try. Approx. a day later I got a call from a friendly lady who gave me a date and time for the delivery. On the day of the delivery I received a call from the delivery man again extremely friendly and he delivered it within the stated time frame. I only had a minor issue with the item but that was sorted by the customer service team who were very quick to respond and sorted my problem out in no time. I am extremely happy with my purchase and even more happy that customer service was extremely helpful, prompt and understanding with their response. I would 100% purchase from this website again.”

“Fantastic Company, Quality Customer service. Ordered an Oak kingsize farmhouse style bed in painted white. Had an issue with delivery, because I am away with work such a lot. Emma from sales was patient, and sorted out my issue to my satisfaction incredibly quickly. She is an asset to the company!. The bed itself is of very high, solid quality, easy to build, although it's very heavy (as it should be). Rob and his lad from the delivery team, were also top notch. Friendly, polite, respectful. I shall be making more purchases in due course. I thoroughly recommend Top Furniture.”
