“I paid £5 for a fast delivery. On the day of delivery DPD say they cannot deliver due to unforeseen circumstances. I note on a recent review Toolstop say they have gone to DPD for a better carrier service. On what planet are they on ? Don’t they look at DPD reviews ? Their useless ! I’m gonna cancel order.”

“You get more than you bargained for when ordering from this Company Where this company falls down badly is that having acknowleged that its daily 'screen pop ups' annoy many customers it provides no means of stopping them. So if you enjoy deleting them every day - Order. but bear in mind excellent branded products and service can be obtained with many other Companies”

“Bought an Evolution Rage 5-s table saw, Excellent product and Toolstop were selling for the best price online and I also found an online discount code for a further 3% discount. The item was delivered free within a couple of days. Excellent service all round. Highly recommended”

“No delivery yet, courier said it would be here today, no sign and it’s now 22:40, I imagine they are not coming. Ordered Thursday last week on next day delivery, behind on a job, ordered next day out of convenience, definitely won’t make this mistake again! Pay a few quid extra and buy local if you want the product on time!”

“They wear so helpful my parcel turned up this morning it was broken was no one fault phoned them they said do a email with a pitcher and within 2hours they got back to and someone was getting product the same day. So friendly helpful cannot fault them at all. At the price was best around.”

“Very helpful staff, top brands in stock at good prices. The only criticism I would have is APC the delivery driver was unfriendly and a bit rude but that’s not Toolstops fault”

“Excellent delivery - next day to N Ireland which was very unexpected. I will definitely be buying from them again on this point alone. Delivery costs were not excessive either, which is not usual for delivery to NI and usually is a big factor in deciding whether or not to purchase goods online. Very happy.”
