“Excellent service from Shannon – it’s great to be able to find a business where someone is helpful and knowledgeable about the products they supply. Every town had a shop like this until businesses like “ScrewStation” turned up. ToolFix have quality brands onboard and I definitely will be using them again.”

“We have had an account with Toolfix for a few years. We get phoned by Carson asking for work. We have given them numerous chances to supply us however we don’t get their best price every time which means we have to buy from our usual suppliers. Carson has implied that if we don’t buy all our fittings off him he isn’t interested in quoting. I find this strange as we are approached for work and unless we are willing to pay higher prices he isn’t interested. Also complicated specifications seemed to overwhelm Carson. Unfortunately for Toolfix there are a lot of other suppliers out there supplying identical products. On a positive note when Nigel dealt with us we had a more positive experience and we were looking at moving our purchasing of ironmongery over to them. In conclusion they sell products you can buy elsewhere so give them a go, if they are not the cheapest on identical products buy elsewhere.”
