“After being a loyal customer for 5 years... no more. An efile not came flying off at 300000 rpm after being less than 2 weeks old. Apparently this is a common problem they have when they are dropped! Regardless of the fact it was not dropped and was fresh on my upower up200 drill, saying dropping a tiny bit like this and it being so poorly manufactured they think that’s acceptable says it all really!!!”
