“My flat mates and I are still waiting to be paid back our deposits after leaving TLK property managed flat since last year November. Now we are starting legal procedure. And today, after a quick online search, I am realising the disappointment of many. Extremely poor management. You want 100% chance to loose your money, just say the name TLK one time in your mouth.”

“I have used TLK for the last 12 years as a landlord and I have had some issue recently with late payment's however I have spoke to the owner and he has since sorted out the issues. I think its fair to say that he has struggled with dishonest employee's and poor property managers who've taking a salary and haven't done their jobs properly. apparently tenant's haven't been paying their rents due to difficult times have caused the business quite a lot of difficulty. As I landlord I want to say that the owner has his name attached to this business and he wouldn't deliberately do any off the things some of the people are saying on here and they are clearly done out of spite.”

“STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM !!! the owner Ozzie F is a crook!!!the positive reviews here are all bots paid reviews. He has screwed his employees and landloards so many times over. He will sit jail time hopefully he knows he’s done wrong.”

“7 Years renting in London and I never seen a worst agency than TLK. I had to report them to the Property Redress Scheme and of cours I won. They had to reimbourse me. Disgusting.”

TLK HAVE ALSO BEEN REPORTED TO THE TRADING STANDARDS AND ARE CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR CONTINUING TO OPERATE WITHOUT THE REQUIRED MEMEBERSHIP TO A SCHEME/OMBUDSMEN”

“Worst night ever. People smoking all the time. Loud music. The room smells horrible. I booked 5 nights and moved out the next day. The owners don’t even reply to complaints. I will take this with all relevant bodies. This is not right and place like this should not exist”

“Currently have a court order for repossession. they have my property which they have not passed on rent to me in over 6 months. I have also reported them to The Property Redress Scheme and they are currently under investigation. The owner Ozil Fadil and his employee Jordan Ellis have told me lie upon lie about the contract I have with them. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY AS YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. Happy to provide evidence if asked.”

“I have rented a room with TLK and despite the fact that I had some issue with the wifi at the beginning of my tenancy, I can say that TLK works in a very efficient way. highly recommended !”

“I am truly pleased with the services provided by TLK Property.Every time my housemates or I needed something, the TLK team (especially Jordan) have responded promptly and effectively to our problems/queries. On top of that, all of the staff have been thoughtful, helpful and very professional. I would personally recommend TLK to anyone.”

“I have been working with TLK for a number of years now. I lease my property to TLK on a ‘guaranteed rent’ basis and could not be happier. I am completely stress free and do not have to spend time managing this property as TLK offer a Free Management Service, I literally sit back and watch the money roll in. I will continue to work with TLK and would not hesitate to recommend them to business associates and friend and family alike.”

“Taking holding deposit from everyone and wont pay back.. Non reasonable excuses , refuse to do credit check . Especially Norbert is very fake ,not professional at all. He is not reply any email or message since a deposit was paid!!! Not trusted ,DONT USE THEM!!!!!!! I am awaiting peoples respond who paid deposit to rent Gerraint Rd , London and do futher legal action together!!!”

“Oh please everyone these are such fake reviews. The owner of the company and his staff have paid for these posts. Almost everyone with real reviews I've contacted have replied the ones with 5 stars Zero have come back to me. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.”

“It was my pleasure to have been able to rent a property with Collins at TLK property. He was marvellous throughout the whole process from arranging viewings for suitable properties within our budget and fitting our timeframe, to us securing the tenancy and moving in without any problems. This I believe to be due in great part to his honesty, efficiency, great communication and super customer service.”

“The team at TLK are exceptional, helping with letting my property and the property management throughout the duration of the tenancy. They helped me through every step of the process - and quickly found a new set of tenants when the original ones dropped out. Couldn't recommend Ozzie and the team more highly. Thanks again!”
