Actually, there is few missing features. One of them is a possibility to make a change in the past - I have filled in some day as a vacation (in the past) and then I realized, it was a wrong month. There was no chance to change it or even to propose a change and review from supervisor. To err is human and to correct should be easy. Timetastic does not provide any option to do so :-(

The program is easy to use but it does not accrue leave so has to be manually updated, if you put that someone has 20 days leave annually it shows up immediately rather than accruing over the 12 month period which means that you have to update it manually when you do payroll which also means people cant see at a glance what amount of leave they have in real time which for us defeats the purpose.

Even though I have tried many times , I am still unable to access this system so, therefore cannot book time off. All I ever receive back is an error message . It is useless.

Easter Monday is not Friday 2nd march as your calendar shows, It's Monday 2nd April. A pretty fundamental error for a company that organises holiday dates

I was very happy with timetastic, it offered a lot of what we were looking for. The interface was very user friendly, and looked great. However, because timetastic only allows you to have one set of allowances, it simply will not meet our needs. If you could allow us to designate different allowances for the different leave types, then we would definitely be using timetastic! Please let us know if you ever make that change.

It would be better if everyone didnt see each others holiday and sick leave should be between employer and employee

We're not a cleaning company sorry, nor are we related to one. We're just a Staff Leave Planner that perhaps your employer uses.

Once a holiday has been authorised the app shows a red message symbol, however when you go further into the app it doesn't give you a message or direct you to anything specific. There should be an option to view more than one group at a time (combine groups without admin access for personal view if you have full access to view all other groups)

There seems to be no way of including days off. Nothing beats the traditional pen & paeper form of request, either.

I booked 5 paid holidays but I got paid only for 2 holidays. I emailed about it but never got any answer.

Hi Sunny. We are merely the app, the software. We're not responsible for what you get paid, really sorry you think this reflects on Timetastic but I'd say you need to speak to someone in your organisation about this.

Really wanted to allow my teams to see and set up their own calendars but not necessarily be able to see the rest of the business (it doesn't really matter to them)

how do you configure timetastic to include public holidays? I booked holidays over easter and hasnt included the 2 public holidays.
